Their best feature is definitely its collaborative workspace. The platform's communication tools like shared calendars and real-time updates, help keep everyone in the loop. The centralized project and client info ensure we're all on the same page and the user-friendly interface makes everything easy to use.

Cons

While It does an excellent job at helping with collaboration, the mobile app could use some improvement. Teams who need access to data on the go would really benefit from a better mobile experience.

Simple report editing & easy client portal access

Pros

It's helpful and flexible. I can record time manually or use the timer feature. The layout is clean and I love how easy it is to create new templates. Plus, It handles so much of my business operations which made the switch so much easier.

Cons

The huge number of features and customization options can be overwhelming at first. Also the tasks you set up early on can impact your billing later, so you need to plan carefully.

This is packed with features and it's a great all-in-one tool for creative project management. The project scheduling and progress tracking are really handy and the reporting functionality gives me great insights into overall work output.

It can be daunting at first. It's not the very smooth software and some of the terminology they use can be confusing.
