Not happy at all
Pros
One and only thing I was really excited about was the fact that buying and accounting can actually communicate with each other.
Cons
I honestly didn't like a lot about Advantage software. It was clunky and hard to use, the setup took forever and there were issues with our Office 365 two-factor authentication. On top of that, there were a lot of glitches that weren't communicated to the development team or noted in our account.

I am glad that we made a switch
Pros
When we switched to Advantage, at that time we were in search of a tool that could handle billing, media and project management all in one place. Before this, we had to manually input most of our media billing since all buying was done on third-party platforms. Advantage completely changed that for us. We were able to integrate our media campaigns directly into the software, which saved us tons of time on billing. On top of that, the project management tools and detailed reporting features have been a game-changer.
Cons
Switching to any new software is a lot of work, and Advantage is no different because it's such a powerful tool. Setting it up was a time taking process and we're still figuring out how our initial choices during implementation are affecting us now. But their team has been there for us every step of the way, helping us make the most of it. They are also really open to feedback and improving the software, which has helped with the small inconveniences we've faced.

Decent one...
Pros
It gets the job done and is pretty flexible when we need to do something a little outside the box.
Cons
They roll out patches and updates pretty often. I get that data safety and security are important, but the frequent updates, especially for features we do not even use, gets a little annoying.

Pros
I love that Advantage is always improving and upgrading its software. A lot of other tools don't bother with significant updates, but Advantage actually listens to client feedback to make their products better. Plus their customer service is also superb. If I talk about my favorite feature, it has to be the Broadcast Worksheet filters. I can filter by day-part, CPM and more, which speeds up building broadcast plans and saves both time and money for my agency. The reach and frequency calculations are super helpful too, even if you're working in a market without Nielsen or Comscore subscriptions. It is been a huge help for us in getting new business, and their reporting tools are such a valuable resource.
Cons
Have no complaints to report as anytime I run into issues, the customer support team always helps me find a workaround to get the job done.

Pros
Advantage is reliable and performs exactly how it should. Plus, they are great in the sense that they are always rolling out helpful updates, and the best thing is that during the update process, we never faced any sort of issues. And their customer service is amazing too. I have been with them for over 20 years, and I've never had a bad experience. Everyone I have talked to knows their stuff and is very polite.
Cons
We're hosted, and it would be awesome if we could export all the reports to Excel or PDF easily. However I have noticed that a lot of new reports are being added, which is great. I really love it when I can just email them directly.

Using it for years and is very happy
Pros
The support team is outstanding. They're always quick to answer questions or help troubleshoot any issues. Also I have never been stuck on hold for long as all my calls are answered fast, and the best thing is that the reps really know the product inside and out. They always get me the answers I need.
Cons
I feel like Report Writers could definitely be more user-friendly. Plus setting them up feels overly complicated and takes way more time than I expected.

Offers the best assistance...
Pros
What stands out to me the most is the human touch. Also their support team is amazing. Like whenever we contact them, they really take the time to understand our business and help us get the most out of all the features during setup and implementation. Plus the software itself has so many options, so we can always tweak it to fit our needs.
Cons
It can definitely feel a bit overwhelming and confusing at times. Some parts of the software seem to have more steps than they really need. But I get it as it is probably because the software is made to work for so many different kinds of businesses, big and small. That said, I have to give a shoutout to their support team. They are amazing! Even when things get tricky, they're right there to help you out and make sure you are able to work through the issues and find the right solutions.

Pros
The media module is highly user-friendly and packed with features that let me personalize the entire process.
Cons
There are a few features I wish I had right now. Even though I can't quite remember them at the moment. However I do know that a couple of them are already being worked on for future releases, so I'm looking forward to that!

Delivers the best experience
Pros
We have project management, media planning and buying and accounting all in one system. Plus, the one thing I like the most about it is that they do a great job staying ahead of the technology and market trends.
Cons
Our server is based on the eastern seaboard of the USA but we are in New Zealand, so timing can be a bit of an issue when it comes to reaching support.
