It was a good choice

Pros

It performs well and is a solid choice for employee performance management. The available modules make tracking and evaluations much easier.

Cons

No complaints, everything has been working well and my experience has been positive.

Everything looks good so far

Pros

It offers flexible evaluation models, making feedback more well-rounded. Evaluations are fully customizable but there are also plenty of prebuilt options that you can tweak to fit your needs. The support team is fantastic and always quick to respond.

Cons

There are some minor UI frustrations. For example, my evaluation questions automatically get sorted alphabetically even though I build them in a specific order. I always have to go back and rearrange them manually. It would also be great to have an option to input financial data as a performance marker. Right now I don't see myself using the Goals feature much since the measurement options don't quite fit what I need.

The product can be a bit confusing at first but the support team was incredibly helpful and got my issue resolved within minutes.

The product isn't the most userfriendly and can be a bit confusing to navigate.

An excellent choice for small businesses

Pros

It's very affordable and easy to use. I have especially enjoyed exploring the new AI features, they have been a great addition.

Cons

I wish there were more automation options for creating new reviews and an easier way to customize KPIs for each employee.

It's not as user-friendly as we had hoped but we haven't run into any major issues.
