Could be more user-friendly

Pros

The training shows you how to do things but it feels like it's for a different version of the software. I kept hearing, "Oh we changed that, here's how you do it now," but then the new instructions just take me to another page making things even more confusing.

Cons

I feel like I've wasted so much time. I spent three days trying to figure out how to get Ayoa to work the way I thought it would, but eventually I realized it just wasn't going to happen. I've got to hand it to them for their sales pitch, though. I thought I was getting something great but it turned out to be nothing like I expected. No refund either.

Time to go back

It's really missing a lot of features and functionality. I honestly feel like it's incomplete and it doesn't provide everything I was expecting.

Cons

It's way too complex for me. The instructions are lacking and there are no tutorials or videos in Italian which makes it even harder to understand.

Mind maps are absolutely the best! I use them all the time and they work wonders for me.

Cons

The fonts get really small when I add more information and when I try to save it as a PDF, it's not very clear.

If you have a really large mind map, it can get slow which can be frustrating.

Ayoa is such an simple task management tool. It makes managing projects and tasks easy. The interface is sleek and easy to use and it has so many powerful features to help me stay organized and track progress. Plus it integrates with a lot of other services which makes it really versatile.

It can be expensive for me and diificult to use. At first the interface was hard to use and I found some of the features a little tricky to use.

Tool boosts my online business productivity

It combines Mind Mapping, Brainstorming, the Kanban feature for task and the Whiteboard feature for keeping everything organized. It's a great mix of tools.

I just wish I had come back to this earlier. I wasted so much time trying out other apps.

The best part of Ayoa is how well it structures and manages tasks. On top of that, generating reports is easy and efficient.

Managing the flows is annoying and not as smooth as I hoped.

The flexible visual approach is perfect for how I like to organize my ideas and plans. It really suits my style.

Cons

The pricing is off and handling payments could be easier. Also support doesn't seem to help much when I wanted to become an affiliate.

My go-to for mind mapping

I love how It presents its mind maps in multiple views. The task management is great too, with categories in big, movable 'bubbles.' They even have this Pulse feature which is like a team blast that I use as a daily diary.

Cons

There aren't enough hotkeys and the email-to-task feature could be more focused and efficient.

Excellent for organizing ideas

Pros

Making mind maps with this tool is so easy for me. I love the colorful layouts and the whole thing is really intactive.

Cons

I felt like this was expensive. Lifetime deals would make it much more appealing.
