Challenging to use
Pros
What I love about Azure DevOps is how it integrates perfectly across the entire development lifecycle. From planning and tracking work items in Boards to automating CI/CD pipelines in Pipelines, it keeps everything running smoothly. It's awesome for cross functional teams to collaborate and it helps reduce manual work with automation. The flexibility to connect with GitHub and other third party tools is a big bonus.
Cons
As a project management tool it's a little complex. It can take some time to get used to especially if you're managing multiple tasks at once.

Smooth automation
Pros
I love how it makes automation so simple. Setting up builds and deployments is smooth and I don't have to worry about things breaking. It just works. Automating builds and deployments with Azure Pipelines is simple.
Cons
Sometimes it's a bit tricky to find errors and the interface isn't always the easiest to navigate. I wish it was a bit more user-friendly especially when I'm trying to find something quickly.

Best DevOps tool in Azure
Pros
It Pipelines makes it easy for me to set up build and release pipelines. The process is simple and it automates much of the work allowing me to focus on other tasks while ensuring that our code is built, tested and deployed efficiently.
Cons
I don't have any complaints to mention, even though we can take advantage of features like gates, approvals and automated CI-CD deployment to move code to higher environments in a secure and efficient way.

Simple to learn
Pros
The simplicity, documentations and its learning certifications features are pretty good for me. Anyone from scratch can follow the learning flow and can become an expert for free.
Cons
From an admin's perspective managing things can be difficult. It often feels like you need a dedicated person to handle access and user management for each individual's unique needs.

Efficient tool
Pros
The ease of integration with our current tools and platforms is one of its best features. We save time and stress by controlling pipelines with ease thanks to the user friendly UI. Additionally the variety of features it provides such as simultaneous job execution, helps efficiently optimize our workflows.
Cons
The learning curve is the part I don't like about it. Also the lack of documentation makes it harder to figure things out without proper guidance.

The ultimate tool for everything
Pros
Having everything I need for a software project in one place is amazing like documentation, version control with Git, pipeline frameworks, secret and variable management in either a UI or YAML format, Kanban Boards and Test Suites. It's all right there.
Cons
The marketplace is often cluttered with irrelevant stuff and it doesn't get cleaned up often enough. It can be a bit confusing to sift through everything.

Multi-platform support at its best
Pros
Its integration with Azure services is so simple for me to set up. The process is easy and I can quickly connect everything which simplify our workflow and makes managing resources much easier.
Cons
No complaints here. CI/CD automation tasks are easy to handle. Once we set it up it works smoothly and I don't have to spend much time on it.

Powerful but tricky for newcomers
Pros
It Pipelines is a pretty good choice to automate the build and deployment of an application. It easily integrates with GitHub and Azure Repos among other popular version control systems making it easier to set up continuous workflows. The YAML below can be useful when tracking changes to pipeline definitions for better team collaboration.
Cons
It can be a bit tricky to get the hang of especially for beginners who aren't familiar with CI/CD or YAML syntax. Integration with third-party services and tools might also be challenging for some users and additional configuration is often needed. The prices add up quickly with large teams particularly due to parallel job limits. The interface is feature rich but it can feel cluttered and confusing for new users.

Flexible for teams
Pros
It is easy for development teams to track work, manage sprints and visualize progress. The customizable Kanban boards let teams adapt workflows to their processes making everything more flexible. Creating user stories, bugs and tasks in one spot really simplify things making collaboration so much better. It's easy to use and anyone can quickly learn how to navigate the boards and customize them based on the situation.
Cons
Its Boards interface isn't as user-friendly as simpler project management tools and it can be tough to get used to at first. Some of the customization options are also limited which makes it hard to customize the board to my team's specific workflows.
