Tracking time with Beebole works well

Pros

It's easy to use. Everyone on the team can clock in and out without any problem and it stays that way until the manager approves it. I like how simple it all is.

Cons

I feel like it's not the most effective tool out there. It doesn't come packed with dashboards, so I usually have to do some extra work with the data afterward.

User friendly interface

The layout is clean and simple to use. I really like that I can fill in time entries for my team if they forget or are out sick. Makes things smoother for everyone.

Cons

No one really showed me how to use it, I had to figure things out on my own by just clicking around. Didn't see any help buttons or links that could guide me through it either.

One of the best for time tracking

The UI is super simple and it's very easy for me to track my time and find whatever I'm looking for.

Cons

Sometimes it's just not simple. I struggle to find what I need in the menus.

All-in-one tool that's easy to work with

I honestly love how flexible it is. I can create custom fields however I want, make changes whenever I need and the reports load super fast. That kind of control is awesome.

Cons

As a timesheet, it does the job well and I don't think anything's really missing there. But when it comes to the budgeting features, they feel a little incomplete and not very flexible.

It's just really simple to use for both regular users and admins. No confusion, just gets the job done.

Cons

The configuration screens are maybe too flexible. It even lets me add the same add-on twice which can get confusing.

Very efficient solution!

Pros

I run a project management team in a pharma contract research company and we use Beebole to track time spent on each purchase order. What I like is how easily I can check budgets, use timesheets, set up approvals and export everything for invoices. It makes my life so much easier.

Cons

The reporting is detailed which is great but sometimes it feels like a chore to use. I'd really love to see a feature like project burndown charts added.

It was easy to set up and the API is pretty straightforward. Plus their support team has been amazing whenever I needed help.

Cons

The API could definitely use some improvement. I also wish there was a way to view the whole database and do bulk updates, it'd be very helpful during things like conversions or resets.
