Slow and lacks customer support
Pros

It is affordable, highly customizable and is always up-to-date. In short it is exactly what I needed.

Cons

I noticed that it performs slow, has a limited report dashboard and I also feel like customer support could be better.

Has an exceptional interface
Pros

The best thing about Bitrix24 is its all in one approach. It has a variety of features in a single platform which makes it the best, easy to use and a great solution for all kinds of businesses. plus I can access it from any device with an internet connection which I like the most about it.

Cons

Bitrix24 is packed with advanced features, so if you are not familiar with CRM tools, you will need to spend some time learning.

Best CRM for businesses in CEE
Pros

Bitrix24 is not only our top choice but of everyone in Eastern Europe for years and is widely used in India and other Asian countries. It is a CRM designed to integrate with native 1C Enterprise/Sales solutions. The built-in HR module makes it a powerful standalone option for marketing teams. Also it has a task tracking, project management tools and a time tracker. On top of that, it has a secure space for file and data sharing.

Cons

It is a bit heavy on desktop and can slow down but it runs quite fast on mobile. The built-in time tracker is useful though there's no attendance control. And it mainly focuses on 1C Enterprise integration for the customer module. Plus there are a lot of manual steps which I hate. I wish it use more automation especially for businesses handling a high volume of leads.

Reliable software and helpful team
Pros

The customization options it offers are the best. As I can tweak everything to fit exactly what my company needs.

Cons

A bit tricky to learn and navigate at first. Even though they do offer partner support but if you are willing to pay. I prefer figuring things out myself. However once you get the hang of it, it become really easy to use.

Comprehensive CRM software
Pros

What I love most about Bitrix24 is that it brings together all the resources I need in one CRM. No need to switch between multiple tools!

Cons

I noticed a steep learning curve at the beginning. Also it takes a while to get comfortable with everything.

Pros

It is hands down the most simplest platform for project management and team collaboration. As it provides everything in one place.

Cons

Well I wish they reconsider their pricing for larger teams. As for now they are too high.

Pros

One thing I like is that there are no restrictions on adding extra steps or statuses to the pipeline, unlike other CRMs that limit you to just 8 or 9 steps. Plus the free plan is a great option for small businesses.

Cons

I have noticed that a lot of basic features are locked in the free plan, like role management and profile customizations which I wish were not. And some important functionalities require an upgrade.

User-friendly project tracking tool
Pros

Bitrix24 software has all the features and tools I need to run my business. The AI assistant is also amazing as it makes tasks easier. I can also hold video conferences with my colleagues for seamless communication. Overall, it is very helpful.

Cons

it works fine for me. I have not run into any major issues.

A complete package with all services
Pros

I find its unique multi-purpose UI design great for handling mega projects, encrypted tasks, UC, UCaaS and BIM services. Overall it offers all under one umbrella.

Cons

No complaints here. All the modules work well for what I need.
