Excellent for follow-ups
Pros
I love the functionality it offers with email outreach. We can email groups we need to contact and follow up directly with registrants and attendees. It's such a helpful feature.
Cons
I really wish we could create tracking links within Bizzabo for outreach instead of having to use UTMs that we create ourselves.

Responsive design but CSS limitations
Pros
The flexibility when designing events is flawless and the fact that it supports responsive design is a great addition which I really like. It makes everything look great on any device.
Cons
One thing I didn't like was that you can't add CSS directly within the section. First you have to assign a class, then go to the CSS section and add it there. It would be much better if you could just add CSS while selecting the section.

Great functionality but buggy
Pros
What I really like is how many different functionalities it has. It's a one stop shop for so many needs.
Cons
The app has a lot of bugs. For instance, when I duplicate a module from the page it ends up duplicating the info in both modules and erasing the original one. Another issue is that the buttons don't accept accents in letters. For Spanish it's grammatically incorrect to write without accents. And lastly the app crashes when I have other apps open on my desktop.

Helpful support but glitches
Pros
It's so user friendly and the help desk is quick to reply whenever I have a question. They make it really easy to get help.
Cons
There are a few functions missing like being able to schedule website changes. Sometimes there are odd glitches but the support team is pretty good at helping to fix them.

Smooth for users but tricky setup
Pros
Once all the information is entered the platform is super easy for attendees to navigate. They can find everything they need without any difficulty.
Cons
Getting all the information into it was a real inconvenience for me. The admin UI isn't very user-friendly which made it a lot more difficult than it should've been.

Easy integration but not the best design
Pros
I love that email marketing and event web pages are easily integrated. It just makes everything smoother.
Cons
The website design tools are pretty basic. If you want to customize anything you pretty much need to know some custom HTML coding, which feels like a big limitation.

Great for events but support is slow
Pros
Creating events is super clear and easy to do. I love that you can add your own branded templates. Then you can duplicate them for future events which saves a lot of time.
Cons
Sometimes it's hard to get the help I need especially when I have to go through multiple people. But I get that it's probably necessary in certain situations.

Smooth UI but lacks clarity
Pros
The backend UI is really easy to use and understand. Everything is where it should be making the whole process smooth. I quickly felt comfortable navigating it without needing extra help.
Cons
The customer service is a bit lacking and the limited data capture is frustrating. One thing I really struggle with is comparing Bizzabo to Studios. They have so many different offerings with too many names and it gets confusing to keep track of everything.

All in one platform
Pros
It's a great platform for live events, with tons of customization options. It's truly an all in one event management platform and it handles everything you need.
Cons
It can be really confusing and overwhelming with all the options available. It takes a fair bit of training to get the hang of it. I've also had a lot of technical issues during live events. Success seems to depend a lot on the quality of the speaker's Wi-Fi and equipment which feels a bit unpredictable.

Clean and organized but buggy
Pros
It's easy to work with and manage the site. The visual appearance is really good. Everything just looks clean and organized.
Cons
I had some issues with customer service. There were also some "ghost bugs" that were really hard to figure out.
