Budget-friendly software that offers great usability
Pros

This is an incredibly useful tool and I have recommended it to my entire company. We have been using it for years! I love how everything is in one place and it's super beginner-friendly.

Cons

Constant updates are helpful but sometimes they take way too long to install.

Subscription issues and an unresponsive support team
Pros

It's a decent PDF editor.

Cons

I bought the license but could not get my subscription to work. The customer service team tried a couple of times but didn't really put in much effort to fix it. In the end, I had to cancel and request a refund.

A simple yet powerful tool
Pros

Think of Bluebeam as AutoCAD's non Ivy League cousin, it is simple to use but packed with powerful features. I use it daily for take offs and it never disappoints.

Cons

They switched from a one time purchase to a yearly subscription model. It has its conveniences but it definitely costs more now.

Cons

Switching between computers is more complicated than I would like, it could be a smoother process.

Pros

I love all the features that make technical drawing edits quick and easy. Drafters really appreciate it and it simplifies the process of modifying technical drawings.

Cons

There's a pretty steep learning curve for anyone using it for the first time.
