Keeps me aligned with the business end

Pros

I find it really easy to use and quickly find what I need. This is super important to me because I don't want to waste time trying to figure out where everything is.

Cons

I've had one minor issue where my time entries sometimes double up for no reason and this can be a bit confusing for our payroll department.

Quick & easy to use

Pros

I love how easy it is to maintain all entries and how quickly they can be updated.

Cons

NO CONS. I find it really easy to categorize all the expenses, which makes managing everything a lot smoother.

I love it!

Pros

What I really like about using the BQE software is how fast and smooth it is! From the moment I started using it, everything just clicked. I was able to jump right in without any major difficulty, which is something I really appreciate.

I honestly don't have any complaints at the moment! I'm really pleased with how this software works for me.

Superb software

Pros

I appreciate being able to speak to someone who actually knows the software when an issue comes up. It makes resolving problems so much easier.

Cons

I don't have any problems with it at all. We first got BillQuick and then transitioned to Core, which was a lifesaver because just a couple of months later, the pandemic hit and we were all stuck at home.

Perfect for time tracking!

Pros

It breaks down each of my projects so clearly. I can immediately see where my time is going and I feel like I have a lot of control over everything.

Cons

At first, it didn't seem very user-friendly but after asking a few questions to my coworkers, I figured it out.

So far, I've really enjoyed how modifiable the software is..it's flexible and adapts to what I need.

Cons

I'm having a bit of trouble viewing or changing forecasted dollars and hours in the same window. Right now, I have to refresh the page to switch between the two and it would be so much easier if they were on the same page and updated live.

Backbone of our workplace

Pros

The interface is super easy to use and because it's web-based, I don't have to download anything on my devices, which is a huge plus for me.

Cons

It's definitely taking some time for me to get used to the change from the original BillQuick to the newer core interface.

BQE eases time tracking

Pros

It's great for tracking timesheets, both for myself and for tracking time billed to projects. The input is easy and the search feature works really well. Plus, I love how it separates billable and non-billable time for me.

Cons

Our company doesn't use the Project Planning/Tracking App, so I can't really comment on how well that works.

Fast & streamlined

Pros

I find it really flexible and simple to use, which is honestly a game-changer for me.

Cons

In my organization, the program is set up with autosave as time is entered, which is great because if I make a mistake, I only have a few seconds to fix it before it's locked in without needing an admin to go in and adjust it.

Good software

Pros

One feature I really like is being able to run multiple reports and export them straight into Excel. It saves me so much time.

Cons

I really wish I could save multiple filters for the T&E reviewer. I use that feature most of the time, and it would save me so much time if I didn't have to redo them every time.
