Must-have for project management
Pros
I like this tool because it has a clean UI and doesn't require much onboarding. It's packed with all the details I need to manage priority tasks, track status across multiple projects and keep everyone on the same page with their deliverables.
Cons
One downside I've noticed is that sometimes small bugs pop up. More importantly, the inability to create checklist templates is annoying. Luckily these issues haven't been big enough to affect Breeze's overall efficiency or the ease it brings to managing our projects.

Great task manager with useful reminders
Pros
This tool is very easy to use. Setting up email alerts for task summaries and due date reminders is a game changer especially for those of us with tons of tasks or a busy schedule. The interface is simple and interactive so I never get lost.
Cons
I don't have any major issues with It. It'd be awesome if there was an option to use it in Spanish though.

Decent tool but not perfect
Pros
I really like how customizable It is and the way I can document and assign things within a project or task is great.
Cons
I feel like we need a better way to see the project flow, timelines and what entire teams or departments are working on. Visually, it doesn't quite cut it as a PM software.

Super easy task board to use
Pros
It gives me just the right amount of customization. It allows our team to grab tasks from the board and organize our workflows without any problem.

Works well for managing several projects
Pros
I appreciate that I can have multiple cards, columns and swimlanes in one project and customize them however I want. It really makes managing projects easier. We use this tool to stay on track and delegate tasks effectively. It's a crucial part of our operations. Plus under activity, I can see what everyone's been up to which is a big plus.
Cons
The reporting section could use some work. It would be really helpful if we could group users into categories (like senior, junior, etc.) and make reports based on that.

Ummmm disappointment!
Pros
At first, it seemed like a great concept and honestly, it hasn't let me down.
Cons
It was hard to stay organized. Tasks didn't update automatically as completed and due dates didn't shift to prioritize tasks that were close to or past their original deadlines.

Breeze stands out!
Pros
I can manage individual projects easily, create tasks, assign them and set due dates without a hitch. It keeps everything organized.
Cons
I really wish we could duplicate checklists across projects. For example, having templates for checklists that we can easily fill in within tasks would be great.

Managing media projects
Pros
It makes it simple to keep track of projects, feedback and notes. We can even invite people from outside our organization and give them limited access which is very handy.
Cons
It's not always the easiest to use. There are times when the interface and the terminology don't feel as simple as I'd prefer.

Pros
Task management is hands down the best part. I find it way better than other popular tools out there.
Cons
