User-friendly but limited file attachments
Pros
I found the software really easy to use. I didn't even need to watch any tutorials to figure it out. The forum-style message board was something I was already used to so I picked it up pretty quickly.
Cons
I had some trouble with the search function. It didn't always work as expected. Plus when attaching files to posts, there were limitations on file sizes and extensions that could be uploaded which was frustrating.

Good for team management
Pros
CaseCamp is hands down one of the best project management tools I've come across. It's got a really clean, simple interface that makes it easy to use. There are so many great features packed into it, like Resource Planning, Vacation Tracking, Time Tracking, Project Planning, and both Employee and Manager views. It even has an Owner and Customer view for more control. Whether you're working with an in-house, remote, or mixed team, CaseCamp helps everyone stay on the same page. There's also this awesome feature to track team hours, locations, and contributions which really helps keep things transparent and makes it harder for dishonest employees to slip through.
Cons
I think it would be helpful if the tool tutorials were on a separate page. It would make learning the tool easier. Also pop-up notifications for events would be a nice touch. Right now, since it's only available in English I feel like it's limiting its reach.

Great for project management
Pros
It really helped me organize and manage my project better. It's kind of like combining the best parts of software like JIRA into one platform. Plus it's priced better than a lot of other similar tools which is a nice bonus.
Cons
The dashboard could use a few more features but I wouldn't really call it a downside. It's just something that could be updated in the future. Otherwise, it's a pretty good tool especially for the price.

Excellent for progress review
Pros
CaseCamp is honestly a game changer when it comes to keeping track of complex projects. It makes reviewing both past and current progress super easy and helps me keep an eye on the hours worked. I've tried other project management tools but nothing even comes close to CaseCamp. I'm still using it today because it's just that good.
Cons
Honestly there were no complaints at all. I liked everything about it.
