Our team now works more efficiently
Pros

With ClickUp managing tasks is highly customizable, which makes it easy for me to keep track of projects and prioritize tasks based on what needs to get done faster. Plus setting deadlines for each task and project is simple and team collaboration is smooth and clear too as no confusion when executing tasks. The availability of a variety of templates is a huge plus giving me different ways to manage projects and track deadlines from multiple perspectives. What really made me choose ClickUp is its wide range of integrations. The number of platforms it connects with is incredible and I do not have to take extra steps to sync data from different tools. This saves me time and helps me focus on my work instead of troubleshooting integrations. Another big win is that it runs on different operating systems, including a web version, so there's no need to download anything if I do not want to. For my company, that flexibility is important since it does not restrict users to a single platform. Even better, I can access it on my Apple Watch, keeping me updated on project progress and task completion anytime, anywhere.

Cons

The interface is clean and practical but setting it up can be a bit tricky at first. Also compared to other project management tools, there is a bit of a learning curve, mainly because ClickUp has so many options. And I wish each project had customizable notification settings because getting bombarded with unnecessary alerts can be overwhelming. Plus it would be great to prioritize notifications based on the importance of different tasks and projects. If you need to connect an external platform to ClickUp, you will need some knowledge of APIs to automate processes, though most platforms integrate with just a couple of clicks. The AI feature, however feels clunky and does not work as smoothly as advertised. I would rather set up my automations myself than rely on ClickUp's AI. Even with integrations, I can connect a better AI tool for specific tasks and simply skip using it's AI altogether.

Perfect for working together as a team
Pros

ClickUp's biggest plus point is that it offers a variety of features. It has been a huge help for me in managing projects properly.

Cons

With so many functions, I have run into a few errors when using multiple tools at once. But I believe they will fix these issues soon. It wasn't a huge problem for me since the tools themselves are really useful.

Ideal for teams and businesses of all sizes
Pros

ClickUp is one of the best tools available right now. The variety of templates it has are incredible. My team and I use it for both project management and CRM. They offer different pricing plans, from the free forever plan to options for small, mid-size and enterprise teams. The free forever plan alone is packed with features like unlimited tasks, unlimited members, whiteboards, real-time chat and multiple views. plus 24/7 support is also included. I have not seen another free tool that offers this much. As a small business with a tight budget, ClickUp has proven to be the best for managing operations. I highly recommend it for businesses of any size.

Cons

Like any software, it has a learning curve but I will say it depends on how familiar you are with similar tools and how much time you are willing to spend learning. The good thing is that templates are labeled from beginner-friendly to advanced, which makes things a bit easier.

Industry-leading KanBan boards
Pros

Compared to other tools like Jira, I find it much easier to use. Also the Kanban boards are a great feature.

Cons

Managing and adding integrations is intuitive but the high cost and limits on basic features is something that frustrates me.
