Great for team communication & tasks
Pros
It's easy to use for working with my team and it's packed with helpful features. I also like how well it fits in with the rest of the Atlassian tools and everything just connects smoothly.
Cons
It's kind of tricky to keep all our team spaces looking the same across a big organization. Everyone ends up doing things differently which makes it hard to keep things consistent.

Confluence actually delivers
Pros
Honestly, the price was totally worth it. The interface is friendly and I had no trouble finding my way around. Plus it connects with other tools which makes things way easier.
Cons
I had some lag issues when I first started using It but thankfully their support team helped me sort it out. It's been fine since then.

Solid pick for project tracking
Pros
The user dashboard is really simple to move through. I barely needed any training and it just made sense right away.
Cons
Honestly I don't have anything bad to say about It. It's been working really well for us at work.

Ideal for startups and big businesses alike
Pros
I love that I can create pages and share them with my team so we can all edit at the same time. Real-time collaboration is such a time-saver.
Cons
Once you start using it at a really big scale with thousands of users it does start to get slow and buggy. But for smaller teams especially under 1000 people, it works great.

Very simple and easy to use
Pros
One of my favorite things is being able to collect all our documentation in one place. Adding tables is easy and the layout options give me the flexibility I need.
Cons
I have a tough time loading it sometimes. It's not easy to bookmark and I wish there was a proper app for easier access.

Makes collaboration easy for PMs
Pros
It's perfect for writing out project details especially during early stages when there's a lot of text, links and images. It actually feels like I'm using Word. And the way it works with Jira makes it even better.
Cons
Linking different pages and sections can get messy. We've had team members accidentally create duplicate pages for the same project which causes confusion. The easiest fix has been to delete the extra one and copy-paste everything into the main page.

Efficient tool!
Pros
It's a great space for documenting and planning projects. I really like how it helps everyone work together easily and keeps all the knowledge in one place.
Cons
It's difficult to use at starting. Also, the interface isn't simple and searching for stuff can be frustrating. Plus managing permissions and getting it to fit with how we already work can be a bit of a headache.

Best for keeping all docs organized
Pros
What I like most about Confluence is how cleanly I can organize our docs. It makes it super easy for both developers and users to find exactly what they're looking for.
Cons
The editor's kind of limiting. There are a lot of formatting issues and not many design options. It feels restrictive when I'm trying to make things look a certain way.

Took some time but now I'm a fan
Pros
It's simple and easy to use. I've been working with it for five years now and it just became second nature.
Cons
The UI looks pretty outdated even though it still works well. It could really use a visual update and the search feature could definitely be improved.

User frindly interface
Pros
I'm a big fan of the drag-and-drop setup, it helps me keep everything neat and organized. I also really like the templates for creating different kinds of pages.
Cons
The mobile app is missing a bunch of features compared to the desktop version but at least the interface looks nice on both.
