Very fast & user friendly
Pros
The keyboard shortcuts are a huge time-saver when I have a ton of tasks to get through. Plus the Dart team keeps adding some really cool new AI features. With the ChatGPT integration, I can have ChatGPT walk me through my to-do list for the day while I'm on my way to work and I can even add or edit tasks while I'm on the go.
Cons
The live syncing between devices on the desktop app could be better. Sometimes I have to refresh the apps to see the changes I've made on other devices.

Speeds up everything I do
Pros
I really like the simple interface but it still has a bunch of advanced features. It's very fast and helps me stay on top of everything and stay organized.
Cons
When I first started using the product, it didn't have all the features I wanted like subtasks. But I really appreciate how open the team is to feedback, they're responsive when I have questions about the product.

Perfect for advanced task managemet
Pros
The UI is clean and there are tons of tools available that are always just a click away but they don't clutter the whole experience which I love.
Cons
For me as an individual contributor, it's not as useful for task management. It's more of a reference tool while my manager and the project team actually use it.

Automations and integrations make work smoother
Pros
One of my favorite things about Dart is the easy sprint cycle rollover feature which automatically archives completed tasks. We used to use Trello and had to do that manually. It also has a nice, simple interface with useful keyboard shortcuts. The AI document features and ChatGPT integration are very handy for tasks like preparing meeting notes or writing emails and longer Slack messages. And the Slack integration is great for getting notifications where I can actually see them.
Cons
Clicking on tasks to select them without editing titles can be a bit tricky. I also had an issue using It on the mobile app before but they just fixed that.

Most efficient task manager I've used
Pros
This tool makes it very quick to get started on tasks and it helps me get through my work faster so I can actually accomplish more. I'm also a big fan of the new AI features that help with brainstorming and overcoming the cold start problem.
Cons
It'spretty great. I just wish more of my tools could be this good!
