Poor navigation and outdated UX
Pros
It's pretty simple to set up a quality management system for a set number of worklogs and group them. You can easily establish ITPs and ITCs in the system and it's very visual. You can also access it easily on your phone. For smaller projects it's fine but for projects over $2 million, I'd consider another solution. If there's no external client involved it could work well.
Cons
The UX is poor. You can't read or adjust the full name of workloads on the left side of the screen. The register view is also lacking as it doesn't allow you to filter ITPs and ITCs. The system can't focus closely so you can't see the status of workloads at a glance.

Strong tool for smooth projects
Pros
Dashpivot has been a game changer for our team. It centralizes data and streamlines project management, helping us work more efficiently while reducing errors, delays, and wasted time. Paper free and super flexible
Pros
It lets us digitize any checklist or procedure and view it in real time. It has helped us move away from paper checklists to a digital checklist that can be exported in CSV and adapted for multiple uses.
Cons
There aren't really any downsides since the Dashpivot team is really receptive to any suggestions we make to improve the product.

Easy setup but edit flow confusing
Pros
It's easy to set up and simple to submit electronic templates. The managerial sign off is efficient and we've received positive feedback from site workers.
Cons
It would be useful if the approver in Dashpivot could make adjustments to a template without sending the timesheet back to the operative in the workflow column. The "make changes" button is misleading because it removes the operative's signature.

Professional layout
Pros
The templates are easy to navigate and edit which helps us get the results we need. The layout of recorded information is great and the final presentation is professional. We can easily download or share the files with the site team members I report to.
Cons
Nothing but praise for the customer service team who respond quickly. They're also great at helping with design and duplicating my reports. It would be great if features like repetitive text or auto-population for repeating comments or content tabs could be added. A lot of my reports require the same comments based on AS standards and I find myself retyping or cutting and pasting. If this could be automated it would save me a lot of time.

Simple and easy tool
Pros
The product is easy to use and we can make edits without involving developers or getting charged for it.
Cons
We're still new to using it so I don't have a strong opinion yet. The timesheets and purchase orders are the only things we haven't got working yet.

Pros
I like how this software is so easy to use and set up. The team has been training me and the director, and their patience with all of our questions is very appreciable, their help has made the software even easier to understand (not that it was difficult to begin with).
Cons
I dont think i have any complaints so far. It's easy to use and the support is great, they're always there to help us out.

Reliable choice but forms need more variations
Pros
Its very simple to administer. Probably, the best fit for our business needs and works great in the field. The support has been excellent and the software is constantly being updated.
Cons
The only thing i didnt like was that there's no GPS location feature on forms and I can't select specific fields to print on it.

A must have for every costruction business!
Pros
Very easy to create new templates for our work and customizing existing templates is easy and simple. Personally, I feel its very user friendly and our team members all find it super easy to use even some of the older guys quickly picked up how to use the templates. Dashpivot has helped us keep track of everyone's paperwork. We can instantly see if anything is missing and easily fix it. Previously we used paper and only saw the daily diaries at the end of the month and if something was missing it was harder to correct. The new conditional formatting in the templates is awesome. It's great that we can make extra questions appear based on certain criteria, makes the forms neat and is perfect for our incident forms.
Cons
Not really a dislike but there are a couple of things that need to be added like certain forms need to be accessible by all our workers, but only the lead guys currently have access. It would be great to assign users to specific forms that aren't used every day. Also we upload all our project photos to Dashpivot but to send them to clients we have to download all the photos. It would be nice if we could just send a link for them to access the photos for a specific project.
