Easy to get new users get the hang of this tool

Pros

The interface and the protocol are both very user-friendly, making the tool easy to navigate and understand. I like how its desgined like in a way that anyone can quickly get the hang of it, even new users can dive right in without much training and learning. The simplicity of the interface along with its easy protocol makes it a smooth experience for all users.

Cons

I believe there is a lot of potential to improve especially in the community network and the platform itself. I think by updating it regularly it will be more valuable for everyone.

The network speed and the dashboard menu could use some improvement. Sometimes they just don't load quickly enough.

Outstanding features but processing need to be faster

eXo is in built with plenty of features, its easy to customize and improve. I feel its a great social platform with many ready to use modules and features like chat, document sharing, notifications and web calls. Everything is designed to be scalable and adaptable to different environments and techniques. The team is also very helpful. Even the latest updates, version 5 bring many new features and bug fixes.

Cons

The process of setup could definitely be faster. There are tools out there that can rearrange an entire app in seconds so it'd be nice if this could be sped up especially with multi-tenant setups.

User friendly but could use more tutorials

This platform provides everything our team needs to build a social network and collaboration niche which can be implemented across the entire enterprise. It comes with features like active streams, authentication and much more. And all of this is possible without writing a single line of code. The interface is very user-friendly and makes it easy to promote these functions to teams and employees. It's also highly customizable.

It would be helpful if they started offering more tutorials or training programs. Yes, the program is easy to use but having some guidance at the beginning would have made it easier for customers.

Marvelous and powerful tool

This software is an excellent tool for collaboration on our projects. It's powerful, effective and helps our business run smoothly. The features are perfect and the functionality is outstanding, moreover it provides excellent solutions for communication issues and makes it easier for colleagues to work together.

Cons

When we first started using it, it was pretty slow. Also pulling data from the database isn't as flexible as I'd like. It also takes a while to get the video conference feature set up.
