No frills, Just results
Pros

I enjoyed using Flow, especially when it came to task planning and prioritization. The ability to chat about items, attach files, tag people, and add subtasks made it super helpful for event planning..basically creating interactive checklists. The graphic presentation is neat, it's clear to use and there's something satisfying about marking off tasks. That's always a bonus for me.

Cons

I found that the setup process could be a bit fiddly at first. Lists should ideally be super easy to input, but it felt a bit too "clicky" when I was creating multiple new items. I also think project management might not be the tool's strong suit..though this could be more of a user misconception rather than a product flaw. Some additional Gantt-style features could really help with managing things, not just visualizing them.

Game-changing project management
Pros

Flow is such an intelligent tool. It helps me organize multiple tasks across different teams, which is essential for any business, especially one with many clients. Keeping things categorized is super important and the recurring tasks feature is a total lifesaver. What I love most is how flexible it is for setting up recurring tasks on specific dates, whether they're daily, weekly, or monthly.

Cons

When handling a large number of cards, I found the lack of color-coding or a way to establish visual priorities made certain projects feel overwhelming. If I could apply visual tags that would make it so much easier. I'm also looking forward to the upcoming mobile app update with the new UI..it should be an improvement.

Essential tool I never knew about
Pros

I liked this tool mostly because of its appearance. The interface is really nice and modern. It's pretty cool how instead of just having one place to write down your to-dos, you can now explore multiple tabs and sections to find those tasks you might have forgotten about.

Cons

The variety of features and options can definitely be a bit overwhelming at first. It took me some time to figure out what does what but once I got the hang of it, it was smoother.

Not the cheapest, but It delivers
Pros

I was invited to join a team that uses Flow and I have to say, compared to Asana, the user experience was way better. It's definitely a tool worth checking out for your next project.

Cons

The trial period was way too short for me to get another team to give it a try. I couldn't fully convince anyone to test it out.

Simple yet powerful
Pros

One of the things I love about Flow is how easy it is for everyone on the team to share ideas and tasks. It really improves collaboration.

Cons

The price feels a bit high, especially when there are other apps out there that do similar things for less money.

Automating tasks with Microsoft Flow
Pros

The fact that Flow offers over 300 connectors for smooth integration with Microsoft products and others is amazing. It makes everything work together so smoothly.

Cons

It's missing a centralized orchestrator, which would make centralized monitoring and deployment way easier. Without that, things can get pretty chaotic.

Great alternative to Trello
Pros

The first thing I noticed about Flow was its clean interface with calming colors. I'm a big fan of minimalistic design and Flow nailed it. It reminds me a bit of Encharge, though. Since I also use Trello, it was easy to pick up and start using right away. The Kanban boards, collaboration features and lightweight design really set it apart from similar tools. I've just started using it, and I might switch to it full-time because it's pretty cool. My only hesitation is the storage limit on the basic plan.

Cons

Honestly, with teams of 25+ members I was pretty disappointed by the basic plan's 50GB storage limit. It just didn't cut it.

Better PM tools exist
Pros

Honestly, I didn't like anything about this software when my team was using it. Our goal was to get everyone on board and using it regularly, but many of us found it hard to use. I consider myself tech-savvy, so that's saying something. I'm so relieved we moved on to a different program.

Cons

The interface felt boring and hard to manage, especially when compared to so many other project management tools out there. Given the competitive market, I'd suggest trying something else.

Easy to use
Pros

It is pretty basic but that's part of what I like about it. It's easy to use, and I especially appreciate that it's web-based.

Cons

The features, especially for time tracking are way too limited and the phone app is just terrible. It's not good enough for handling complex project management with a team and third-party contractors.

Heading in the wrong direction
Pros

It used to be the perfect task manager for small teams. It really helped keep things organized.

Cons

After the Flow X update, I noticed they added a buggy, slow and inconvenient version of Slack inside the task manager. Over the past year, there hasn't been a single improvement to the task manager...everything seems to be focused on this "yet another" corporate chat.
