Flexible tool with a bright future
Pros
I was impressed by how fast and simple the setup process was with Flowlu. Within a short time I had everything up and running and I didn't even need help. Once I started exploring, I realized just how many useful tools are packed into this one platform.
Cons
The design feels kinda old-school and I really miss having a dark mode. Also no Mac OS app, that's a bummer.

Perfect setup for small teams
Pros
The features are very simple to use. I can scale my business easily and even manage different departments under one roof.
Cons
The price keeps going up. If you want access to all the features, it can get pretty pricey. Still it's cheaper than most other CRMs out there, so I can't complain too much.

Professional & smartly built for projects
Pros
The team tools are really cool and help us work together on editing projects. The dashboards are easy to use and keep us organized. Plus the project reports give us real-time updates so we always know how things are moving.
Cons
Flowlu's very flexible and has handled everything we needed like a champ. We haven't had any problems at all.

Game-changer for task management
Pros
I like how It has a built-in time tracker, it helps us stay aware of how much time we're spending. We can break tasks down and assign them to specific people which makes things smooth. The collab space keeps everyone in sync and the automation saves us tons of time on those boring repeat tasks.
Cons
Whatever we've thrown at Flowlu, it's handled without a hitch. Seriously there's nothing I can say I like the least about it.

Already amazing for projects
Pros
The best part about Flowlu is how it brings our whole team together to work on projects. It helps us plan and stay organized so things actually get done right. The reporting tools are awesome too and they give us all the insights we need about how projects are going.
Cons
I honestly don't have anything bad to say about It. It always delivers and the interface is user-friendly.

Best project tool we've ever used
Pros
I love that we can tweak It to fit our way of working. It keeps all our projects organized and makes it easy to track what's happening. Big shoutout to the support team too, they're really nice and helpful. Sharing updates and info with the team during a project couldn't be easier.
Cons
It passed all our tests with flying colors and we're beyond happy with how it's been working. Can't think of a single thing to dislike.

Dev teams thrive with Flowlu
Pros
It has completely changed how our dev team works! I was on the hunt for a project tool that could do everything and this one nails it. Managing tasks, deadlines, progress, it's all in one place. The Kanban boards and sprint planning tools have totally improved how we work. The built-in CRM makes managing client stuff way easier too. And since the team's all on the same page, we're working faster and smoother.
Cons
The mobile app could use some upgrades to catch up with the desktop version. But even so, it's still handy for checking things and updating tasks when I'm not at my desk.

Everything runs smooth and makes sense
Pros
What really stands out with Flowlu is how easy it is to get around thanks to the clean and simple interface. I like calling it a "jack of all trades" because it seriously does so much, CRM, project management, finances, you name it. We don't need five different tools anymore. It also has built-in chat and collab features and the automations have saved us hours. The mobile app keeps us on track even when we're out. And the reporting tools like Gantt charts help us manage resources and spending without a hitch.
Cons
It's been amazing overall but there's still a little room to grow. I'd love to see better reporting and analytics built in. Right now, I'm still using Power BI for that stuff.

Flowlu just works
Pros
I find it very easy to share updates thanks to the live chat. I use the Gantt charts for planning lessons and keeping everything on schedule. I also track student tasks, including how much time they spend on each one. Records and info are stored securely and the automation really helps speed up routine stuff.
Cons
We've been using It to manage projects and student assignments and it's worked flawlessly. No complaints at all.

More like an all-in-one work hub
Pros
It keeps all the tools we need in one spot, so we're not wasting time jumping between apps. The live chat lets us share info instantly. We can create and send invoices with ease, and the work automations save us a lot of time. I'm also a big fan of the visual tools, it's nice to actually see our progress.
Cons
It is in great shape, we haven't found a single thing we don't like about it so far.
