Best free plan available
Pros
The free version offers a lot of functionality, which was a huge surprise for me and it is something that makes it stand out to me.
Cons
Honestly for a free tool there is nothing I have to complain about. Just set your expectations accordingly and it works great.

The best free tool for simple project management solution
Pros
It is way easier to use than tools like Jira or Rally. Plus, the free license for small teams is a big bonus and I love that I can use plugins like TimeTracker too.
Cons
A couple of years ago, I used the mobile version of Freedcamp, and it had some bugs and limited functionality. Not sure how it is now, but I'm hoping it is improved the same way the desktop/browser version has.

Offers excellent support
Pros
Freedcamp has really changed the way we used to work. Like it has a ton of features that make managing projects, tasks and collaborating with the team so much easier. We also got an educational license, which has helped us make the most of everything it offers. The interface is super smooth and with all the tools it has, we have been able to stay organized and get more done. So yes, I would definitely recommend it to any team or business looking for a solid project management solution.
Cons
One thing I wish for is the option to add comments to individual tasks within a task list. As I feel like it would make it even easier to communicate and keep track of progress on specific tasks.

Better than others
Pros
The interface in Freedcamp is very easy to use, and there are a lof of features available that help with project management. Also I love being able to create task lists, collaborate with my team and track progress in real-time. The calendar integration and notifications make it easy to keep track of deadlines. And even with the free plan, it has a lot of great features which makes it perfect for startups or nonprofits like mine.
Cons
The mobile app needs a few improvements, especially when it comes to responsiveness and navigation. Also I have noticed that at times, there is a bit of lag when switching between projects, and some features feel a lot more polished on the desktop version than on mobile. And the integrations with other tools are a bit restricted unless you are on a higher-tier plan.

Affordable and user-friendly
Pros
The interface is really easy to navigate. Plus with it, it is simple to assign tasks to people and set deadlines. The task tracking feature makes it easy for project leads to get an overview of how things are going. Also, their customer support is awesome as whenever we have an issue, they get back to us quickly.
Cons
Some of the more advanced project tracking features confuse me, but honestly, they don't affect how easy it is to use the basic and most important functions.

Loving it!!!
Pros
It is really easy to use from the get-go. And it's simple where it needs to be, which makes project management really smooth. But the good thing is that it also has more advanced features for bigger projects and deeper collaboration. I use it with student interns at my university, and it has helped us stay on top of everything and stay productive.
Cons
I really cannot think of any cons at the moment as everything is meeting my needs so far.

Had a great experience so far
Pros
I think it is a quite user-friendly software. I don't have any trouble finding what I need or getting around the platform, which makes things faster and easier for me.
Cons
So far, I haven't come across anything I do not like. Everything is working great for what I need it to do.

Made our job simple
Pros
One of the things I really love about it is its super easy task management system. It allows for assigning tasks, setting deadlines and tracking progress all in one place. Plus the calendar view is especially helpful for seeing event timelines, so nothing gets overlooked. The collaboration tools make it simple for my team to stay organized and work together smoothly, which is perfect for managing multiple projects, like tech events.
Cons
Well I wish it had a built-in feature to set time estimates for tasks. For project management, especially in tech or development teams, being able to estimate how long tasks will take is very important for planning and managing resources. Without this feature, its a bit harder for me to keep track of whether a project is on schedule or if tasks are taking longer than expected. Even though we can work around it with labels or comments, but a dedicated time estimate feature would make it so much easier to track tasks.

Has everything we need
Pros
What I love most about Freedcamp is how versatile it is and how easy it is to use. Also it has got all the tools I need for project management in one place, so it becomes fairly easy to collaborate with my team, manage tasks and keep everything organized.
Cons
Overall, it is an awesome tool, but I think the mobile app needs improvements. While it has a lot of great features, sometimes it feels a bit clunky than the desktop version.

Reliable and budget-friendly
Pros
I have been comparing a lot of project management tools that are affordable for our nonprofit startup, and Freedcamp is the only one that worked for us because it is both affordable and functional. Also it is quite easy to use, even for a nonprofit with people who have different levels of tech skills. I have also reached out to customer support a few times, and they've been very helpful, always responding quickly and clearly. Thats really important for us.
Cons
The only thing we're missing in the PRO version is the Gantt chart. It is available in a higher-tier plan, but unfortunately that is not affordable for our nonprofit right now.
