Cons

All-in-One Solution for Multi-Location Restaurants
Pros
It's a really great solution overall. The setup was simple and there's no need to invest in hardware. The mobile interface works well and it's perfect for managing multiple locations. It has really helped us with keeping up with processes in our kitchen.
Cons
Overall, I'm really happy with the solution. Whenever I raised minor issues customer service responded quickly so it's been a positive experience for me.

So Simple, Anyone Can Use It

The app's design is very friendly specially for our beginners and most tasks take seconds to complete.
Cons
One thing I'd change is needing to enter a PIN for each task. Once I'm signed in it'd make more sense to navigate from one task to the next without having to enter it every time.
