Strong features and great setup
Pros
It really helps increase productivity, cut down on errors and improve coordination for complex projects. On top of that it's great for managing resources, tracking time, team collaboration, project planning and asset management.
Cons
I think the customization options for workflows and features are pretty limited compared to some other solutions out there.

Someimes unstable, always breaking
Pros
Everything is easy to access and it's simple to chain tasks that involve multiple people.
Cons
Getting everything set up properly takes a lot of API coding. And updates tend to break things which is really frustrating. It always feels like a surprise when they push updates and it's rarely a good one. Instead of excitement, I'm just wondering, What did they break this time? It would be nice if clients could decide when updates roll out but rn that doesn't seem to be in the cards.

Tracks well but crowded layout
Pros
It's great for communication with our team and helps us keep track of progress and workloads though some navigation takes getting used to.
Cons
There are just too many tabs. Sometimes it's hard to find the info I need with so many different sections, it gets overwhelming really.

Quick setup but poor display with no customization
Pros
Some features like task creation, linking and organizing are quick and powerful. The time tracker is really smart and easy to use as well, though the popup location could be replaced.
Cons
My biggest issue is the multiple pop up windows that overlap tasks and time tracking. They always seem to block something important on the main screen and I'm left having to come up with odd workarounds just to make it work. It'd be nice if the popups were more customizable or placed better so they didn't cover up vital info.

Highly customizable though can be slightly confusing
Pros
It's packed with so many customization options and templates, making it easier to tailor everything to fit our specific accommodation needs.
Cons
Initially it's a bit overwhelming because there's so much going on in one place. It can be visually distracting. Our employees who just need to upload files or track their tasks faced issue with all this extra information that they don't even need which can make it confusing for them.

Vast customization options
Pros
I can easily customize tasks to adjust things just right, so it works perfectly for me. It's especially useful for reviewing videos with multiple people involved once you get familiar with the system.
Cons
It's a little complicated for new users to understand its functions and there are bugs in the time tracking system that have been around for years, which is really frustrating.
