Pros

I can oversee all ongoing projects at a glance, which gives me better control over budgets. I can easily monitor the time spent on each job, keep track of job processes and data and ensure the availability of personnel for each task.

Cons

I wish I could overwrite or change saved job numbers more easily.

Perfect for our agency

Pros

FunctionFox is super easy to use and making changes is very simple. Pulling reports is simpler than ever and everyone can easily check the status of a job at any time.

Cons

One thing I've noticed is that unless a project is closed, it still shows up on the To-Do Board. We found a workaround for it but I'd love it if the alert bell had an option to make a sound.

Top-notch customer service

Pros

I've been using FunctionFox for time tracking and invoicing clients for several years and it's been perfect for me. It doesn't include any unnecessary features, just the essentials. The customer service is amazing & they always respond promptly whenever I run into issues I don't encounter often.

Cons

Honestly, I can't think of anything I dislike. The system does exactly what I need it to do!

Unmatched customer support

What I love about FunctionFox is how easy it is to use. It's simple to set up, maintain and track hours. It does everything I need without being complicated.

Cons

It would be great if it integrated with QuickBooks Online and ClickUp, making invoicing and project hours tracking even more simple.

Solid tool, still room to grow

Pros

The way FunctionFox organizes tasks over time, especially with multiple categories, is a game-changer for me. It makes everything so much easier to manage.

Cons

Adapting to the system has been a bit challenging for me. It's not the easiest when it comes to organizing tasks in different ways, like highlighting tasks by type for the daily list or tasks for the future. Would love to see this be more flexible!

Incredible product, no comparison

Pros

The simplicity of it is what stands out to me the most. It's incredibly easy to teach my staff how to use it and get up and running right away.

Cons

I wish it had more financial management tools so it could serve as a one-stop business management solution.

Good support but not tailored enough

The customer support I've received has been fantastic. I've gotten personalized advice and consistent support, which has been really valuable.

Cons

The estimated hours and fees are tied directly to tasks and rates but unfortunately, it's not possible to tie the estimated hours/fees to specific personnel or their rates, which would be helpful.

20 years of FunctionFox & counting

Pros

It has been amazing for my marketing agency. It's so easy to track time by employee, client, project and task. It's helped me stay on top of everything.

Cons

I'd love for the reporting features to be a little more simple. Also, the retainer functionality could use more options and shouldn't cut off after just two years.

Pros

FunctionFox has been a great tool for our business, especially while managing a team of 2-10 employees during the global pandemic. We mostly use it for time tracking and project management, but it's been invaluable as a resource.

Cons

We've had some issues with the Reports feature..sometimes we don't get the right data or all the data we need for a report.

I really like this software. In terms of project and time management, FunctionFox is the best. It's quick and easy to use and the time tracking system..by task, project and customer�is top-notch. The interface is super user-friendly.
