Easy to use but has a slight learning curve

Pros

The interface is simple to understand. I especially love project management tools.

Cons

It was slightly tough to wrap my head around all features. Adding team members was tricky and getting them to appear in the dropdown menus was a bit challenging.

Meets my needs beyond expectations

I love how easy it is to schedule meetings and how I can customize it whenever needed.

Cons

I honestly have no complaints. I am a really tough scrutinizer yet I still dont have any complaints.

Finally something that worked for us

Pros

It's extremely easy for me to use and since I can access it through a browser it has definitely made my work easier. I no longer have to deal with complicated setups or switch between different tools.

Cons

I'd like if the booking process could be improved and made a bit smoother. It always feels like I need to double check if I've actually booked something.

Easy tracking but navigation needs work

Pros

Very simple to track where vehicles are going. I really enjoyed the colour coding system, it was something new for me.

Cons

Adding new vehicles or other details is tricky, its difficult to figure out my way through the process.

Effective but a little time consuming

I like how I can quickly see my resource scheduling. The interface is user friendly and helps me know easily what's in the pipeline.

Cons

Reordering resources is kind of time consuming. I am sure there could be a simpler way to do it.

Great for planning but processing needs improvement

Pros

It offers a really helpful feature which allows me to separate tasks and crews. This gives a very clear view of what work is coming up.

Cons

Some things dont transfer well from the job view to the resource view and it can be distressing at times.

Impressive and Beginner Friendly

Pros

The platform gives me a solid overview of the projects. Creating users, resources and tasks was easy to grasp.

Cons

Sometimes I face problems with no go-to solutions, the customer service is always slow to respond which can be frustrating.
