Doesn't follow through on their lifetime subscriptions

Pros

I bought a lifetime subscription to It when it was just starting out. I paid a pretty penny for it, thinking it would be useful as my business grew. Fast forward a few years and my lifetime subscription is no longer honored. I reached out to them on Facebook and contacted their support but all they gave me was a website page that doesn't explain anything. Why won't they honor their lifetime commitment? Why are they asking for more money to maintain the subscription I already paid for?

The company doesn't honor its commitments. I paid a significant amount for a lifetime subscription when they were just starting out and in need of cash. Now, years later they are not honoring the subscription I paid for. It's really frustrating to see how they've changed their approach.

Terrible business policy

Before they changed their business policy, It had a lot of potential to be my main project management tool.

Cons

When they changed their business policy, it really affected me negatively. I thought the software was going to be great but these changes made things much more difficult and disappointing.

Full of scams and false promises

They had this amazing offer for a lifetime subscription and at the time, it seemed like an incredible deal.

Cons

I feel completely let down by them. After purchasing the lifetime subscription which I thought would last forever, they now want me to pay again to continue using the product. It's been years since my purchase and now my 'lifetime' subscription has expired. It's hard to believe they don't understand what lifetime means. I can't use the product anymore and I honestly feel like I've been scammed!

Bad strategy behind a low-quality product

Pros

The idea was good, pay once for the license. But unfortunately the product didn't live up to the price. The strategy of forcing clients to upgrade every time to use the product we paid for is a terrible way of thinking.

Cons

For me the whole situation feels like a scam. I paid in full for a lifetime subscription but now I'm being forced to pay every time just to keep using the system. It's hard to believe they came up with ads encouraging me to pay extra. It's just unfair!

All about greed and scamming

Pros

While it wasn't exceptional, it had the basic features I needed to stay organized. It wasn't perfec but worked well for the tasks at hand. However once the Task Deletion Policy came into effect, things began to shift and it became less user-friendly for me.

Cons

The Task Deletion Policy completely ruined the little that GitScrum had to offer. Before, it wasn't perfect but at least it was functional. Now it's not even usable with the new policy in place.

Definitely the best

Pros

What I like most about It is how it helps me keep track of my progress, stay organized and focus on my goals.

Cons

Overall, I've been really happy with It for the past few months. It has been working well for me and I appreciate how it has helped with managing my projects.

My experience with Gitscrum

Pros

It is the king. Well I didn't find it right away because I wasn't told about it. I had to test it out before choosing it over other tools. What I love most about it is its flexibility in the user interface. I can easily create tasks on the go, assign permission levels to people and get real-time notifications from the moment a task is opened until it's completed. Another feature I love is being able to set priorities for tasks that need to be done first. Its simple interface makes everything feel so easy!

Cons

This software is absolutely amazing! I have no complaints. It's been really good and I can't find anything wrong with it.

Top pick compared to others

Pros

As a freelancer, It has made working remotely so much smoother. It helps me collaborate with clients and teams no matter where I am, which is very helpful.

Cons

NO CONS. I absolutely love Ittt. Their platform is really cool and it's easy to use. I've had a great experience with it so far.

Technically, the company is a scam

Pros

Unfortunately I found out that we can't store our work for up to 2 years. If I'm subscribed my data will be lost after a certain period. It's definitely a big downside and something I had to consider before deciding to stick with it.

Cons

I got the lifetime deal back when they were still developing the website. Unfortunately the website was really slow, so I stopped using it. Now that I've come back to check it out, I'm shocked to find that they've changed their policy and all my work is now gone. The company seems like a fraud now and they've really disrespected their old users who helped them fundraise. I hope they change their policy.

Avg for me

Pros

The time tracking feature is the most impactful for me. I can save templates with setups that make starting a new project so much easier. The tool is user-friendly and helps me a lot in my field of work.

Cons

The features are limited. I can only use the project management part of the tool which is fine but doesn't really meet all my needs. They could definitely do better by offering more features.
