Fast and simple tool

Pros

Hitask is a lightweight tool that makes managing my projects and tasks really easy. I love how fast and simple it is to create tasks and assign them to my team. Installing it is quick too and I really appreciate how convenient the time tracking feature is.

Cons

I can't think of anything bad about Hitask. It's done everything I expected. It's a fantastic tool for time tracking, managing tasks and overseeing projects.

Clear task organization

Pros

Organizing and creating daily tasks is really simple for me. It's super easy to prioritize tasks that are important and I never forget about deadlines thanks to the due date reminders.

Cons

My experience with Hitask has been amazing so I don't have any complaints.

Great integration and task management

Pros

I use Hitask every day and I love how it makes managing my daily activities so easy. It's an amazing platform that doesn't require any training to use. I also love how I can create and assign tasks to my team with just a few clicks.

Hitask is a great and trustworthy solution for project and task management. The interface is super easy to use and I really like how it integrates with other great tools like Google Calendar and Gmail. It definitely makes things more efficient.

Works well but no support

Pros

The program itself was really easy to use. Organizing and managing everything was simple and easy when it worked properly.

Cons

Customer service was nonexistent when tasks randomly disappeared. I couldn't manage a task that wasn't there and no one responded to my requests for help.

Quick tasks with some missing features

Pros

Its super easy to create and assign tasks. The plus point is that the system is very easy and user friendly so people will catch on to how it works in no time, especially for basic task management.

Cons

It's missing some key features I need daily. Reporting and exporting data are only on the web app, and when I tried it, it didnt connect with other tools I use.. The ability to add custom fields for tasks could also be improved.

Glitchy, pricey and no customer support

Pros

It was working great for a while but then there were a lot of glitches. Don't expect much in terms of customer support either.

Cons

The support was lacking, the price was too high and even after we canceled we still got charged.

Really weak customer service

Pros

The only pro i can think of is that the simple interface made it really easy for me to get started with the platform and I was able to quickly understand how everything works without feeling confused.

Cons

My experience was extremely disappointing the customer support was of no hep, no refund policy and a lack of communication were major issues for me.

Zero customer support and a very weak sync

Pros

Sharing tasks and managing projects with my team is easy and efficient. It helps in staying aligned and work more smoothly together.

Cons

The synchronization with the iPhone app used to work fine but unfortunately, now it doesnt work well anymore.
