Efficient tool but customer support needs improvement

I gotta say, this platform is a lifesaver. Whether Im managing projects, collaborating with the team, or just keeping track of progress, it makes it all feel effortless.I feel like it takes the stress out of the whole process.

Cons

I felt a bit overwhelmed with how many options there were. It took me a while to figure out the best way to use certain features and even though I reached out to customer service a few times, their response was slow. But once they got back to me, they helped me through the process

I think its great for companies of all sizes and industries. I personally enjoyed the tons of different tools it comes with, which help with time and resource management.

As a newbie I found it a little confusing because the interface didnt give any instructions on how to use the program. It took me a bit to get the hang of it.

I am impressed with how it comes with an app you can download on phone, things have been easier for me now as it allows me to clock in off site. I must say extensive features like attendance, task management, time tracking and scheduling coming at this price? honestly a steal!

No complaints, really. Perhaps the only error i found is that the app on my phone mistakenly clocks me in and it freezes once in a while, but it usually starts working again after a few seconds.

The biggest drawback is that it doesn't load or send data quickly enough. For example logging out can take a few seconds before it actually confirms you're logged out.
