Op Hub was really helpful for us in connecting everyone, as it allowed easy communication and collaboration across different teams, ensuring that everyone stayed on the same page and could easily access the resources they needed to get their work done efficiently.
Cons
The setup was a bit of a pain but once I got everything running, it's actually a pretty good product. It took me some time to figure things out but now it works well for what I need.

Excellent tool but costly
Pros
When it comes to data entry, this is one of the best software options out there for us. It streamlines the process and makes it much easier to input, track, and manage our data, saving us a lot of time and effort.
Cons
Honestly I feel it's a bit on the expensive side. The professional package costs around 890 dollars which can be a bit much if you're working with a tight budget like I am. It's a lot for someone who doesn't have that many funds to spare.

Too complex for most users
Pros
It has everything we could possibly need all the features and tools in one place. From data management to analysis everything is integrated smoothly, making our work more efficient and organized.
Cons
For me it was just too much. I tried adding an ATS function and it felt nearly impossible to make it work the way I wanted. It was definitely overwhelming and I found myself getting lost in all the options.

Very efficient sync platform
Pros
I really like Operations Hub. It's super easy to use and it lets me sync contacts without any difficulty. It's a great tool because the platform is simple and easy to navigate.
Cons
Some of the features are unavailable and on top of that, the price is pretty good. I just think it's not quite worth it for the cost especially when some essential functions are missing.

Cons

It's a great and centralized platform for managing our day to day operations. Plus automating processes and handling customer relationships between all the stakeholders is pretty simple.
Cons

The support is awesome. The platform is easy to use with a clean and simple design. The data and contact management features in the CRM are top notch.
Cons
It's pretty expensive for startups like mine especially since you also have to pay for add-on features. However, as the business grows it could be useful. A lot of users are asking for more features and I'm hoping the developers will release an update soon.

Cons
I've noticed that the integration with Ringover doesn't always work. Sometimes it just fails and it can be frustrating to try and get it to sync.

HubSpot needs improvements
Pros
HubSpot data can get messy but Ops Hub helps clean it up. It's powerful and reliable for us.
Cons
One of the challenges I've encountered with Hubspot is dealing with field permissions, not just for contacts or companies but also for SKUs and deals. If they really want to compete with Salesforce they need to focus more on this area.
