Pros
This software offers approvals system and other impressive features which are so simple, I really liked the rapid document viewer. When the mobile app wasn't getting much use it got shut down but after customer feedback, the representative made it running again promptly. That's the gold standard for customer support. Highly recommended.
Cons
It's a bummer that it doesnt have windows interface like sharePoint but for this price, it's okay.

it helps me back up and share my files or documents which is very useful for my business needs
Cons
It lacks multi-tasking. I would have liked it better if it could work on two documents simultaneously, it wastes a lot of our time as one team member has to finish their task first and then only others can take their turn.
