Pros

It's easy to use and offers a build your own adventure approach for database applications. The simple drag and drop feature makes customization an easy task.

Cons

It's not the most practical experience when you have multiple tables that need to be loaded. Also there are parts of the application I wish could be customized by the user but those customizations usually come with an extra charge.

Experienced and helpful consultant

Pros

The high level of expertise, capability and flexibility of our consultant has been so helpful. I really appreciate how adaptable and knowledgeable they've been throughout the process.

Cons

We have to use a plugin to support more users which isn't ideal.

Worth having for daily operations and onboarding

Pros

Kintone is now a core part of our daily operations and its adaptability has made onboarding new team members convenient.

Cons

While Kintone fits our specific needs sometimes it feels like there are extra steps involved because of its customized setup. These workarounds can be a bit time consuming. However, the customer support team has been really helpful and quick to respond whenever we need assistance.

Highly customizable with excellent API

Pros

The support team is simply outstanding. They're always willing to help with any questions and assist in building Apps. The platform also has a very great API and many third party integrations. If your app already has an API then importing data and automation is easy. Everything is customizable. If you know JavaScript the possibilities are endless.

Cons

One downside is the lack of options in the app's form builder. For example, if you want to total 10 fields and get the average, you can do it with the calculation field type but every field needs to be filled out for it to work correctly.

Works great for our current and future needs

Pros

It is easy to use and is designed in a way that allows you to think about both your current and future needs.

Cons

Even though a lot of the software's features are plug and play, I still needed some customizations that required help from a Kintone programmer. They were great at explaining and assisting me with setting up our database.
