Great planning but offline issues

Pros

It helped me with construction planning, project management and building management.

Cons

It's inexpensive but the connection isn't very smooth. We can't really use it without an internet connection.

All in one tool

Pros

It is an all in one software that makes managing construction tasks simple from planning to team management and progress reporting for us. It's user friendly with a clean interface.

Cons

It did take me some time to get the hang of it, and handling things quickly wasn't easy at first.

Great for teams

Pros

We've been using this Software for over a year and it's been great when we can get our subcontractors on board. It's an excellent way to make checklists and have subs mark off tasks as they complete them. The ability to add pictures and receipts is also a big plus.

Cons

Getting our subcontractors to use the app isn't always easy. They'd rather just send a picture showing the job's done instead of filling out an app and attaching a picture.

Interactive tool but needs stability

Pros

What I love most about LetsBuild Software is how easy it is to learn. It works a lot like social media for example adding comments, likes and notifications makes it super interactive.

Cons

What I dislike the most about it is that sometimes the web app crashes because there's just too much information.

Helpful tool but glitchy

We use this Software for our construction clients as it handles many of the tough tasks and challenges we face especially with a small team. It helps maintain communication and tackle problems effectively. The ability to solve issues virtually across different sites is a huge benefit.

Cons

The UI and the app need improvements since they crash often.

Strong tool with great features

Pros

We appreciate that this lets our remote employees collaborate closely with corporate support. As far as construction management software goes, it's top tier with dashboard features and cloud based storage. The mobile reporting and picture uploading tools are also very useful.

Cons

Overall we enjoy using it for project management and scheduling. If there was one thing I'd change it would be adding a document control platform to monitor work performance more easily.

Pros

One of the top ten construction and project management tools for scheduling. With a fully trained staff it enables easy collaboration with remote teams. It's cloud based packed with dashboard functions, instant communication and easy mobile reporting.

Cons

Every business is different so you might want to explore another project management solution. One downside is the pricing structure which isn't linear.

Handy tool

Pros

I like its various standout features which are real-time picture uploading, budget monitoring, task management and the ability to run it offline in the field.

Cons

The drill-down function is great but it should be available in every package. We're missing it in our current plan.
