Great interface and reporting tools

Pros

I really love how gorgeous the whole platform's GUI is. It makes managing the project team so much easier. It feels like they really built it around what project managers need to see and use.

Cons

The reporting is pretty good but we can only export certain reports as JPEGS which isn't ideal. I would have preferred if we could export them as CSV or PDF files. Because of this we still use PowerBI.

Managing projects just got easier with Moovila

Pros

One thing I like about Moovila was how interactive the interface is. It's easy to use and made it simple for me to find all the features I needed. Plus it's really visually pleasing which made using it a lot more enjoyable. I also loved how flexible it is. There are so many features that I could customize to fit my needs which was perfect for both my personal and professional projects.

Cons

One thing I didn't really like about Moovila was the user interface. It works but it feels outdated and clunky compared to other project management tools I've used. The layout is kind of messy and overwhelming which makes it hard to find the info I need. Also I wasn't a fan of the lack of customization options. I couldn't really adjust it to fit my needs or processes which made it tougher to fully integrate into my workflow.

Big win in the final quarter

Pros

I really appreciate that I can plan out different tasks for projects and get reminders without having to add them to my calendar. It really cuts down on duplication.

Cons

When I'm assigned a project, only the person assigning it has the ability to control comments, feedback and edits.

This software definitely makes things more organized. It's so easy to use and it really helps things run smoothly. Plus it's highly flexible and accessible.

Cons

I can't think of any real cons about the software. If I had to mention something, it would just be the amount of email reminders it sends when accepting or completing a task.

The task and project management features are the best I've ever used. It's so easy and I'd highly recommend this to anyone looking for top-notch software.

I like how customizable the desktop is, depending on how much or how little someone uses the site. The multiple view options are also awesome!

Cons

I recommend offering as many training resources as possible especially for people who have never used a system like this. It'll really help in the long run!

What I apperciate most about It is how easy it is to use. It has so many uses especially for time management. It's a great way to stay accountable for daily tasks and keep everything organized. The tasks keep me on track.
