Works as advertised

Pros

Accolade made it very easy for me to find healthcare providers that were covered by my insurance. Also it was quick and really effective in helping me get exactly what I needed. I have only used it a few times, but it's always been amazing whenever I did. Plus, I liked the option to connect with a live person through customer support whenever I needed help.

Cons

The only real downside I have noticed is that I couldn't always get all the answers I needed about my insurance coverage. There was one time I was told to call my insurance directly because the software didn't have access to that specific info for me.

Allows me to stay updated about work

Pros

Mosaic makes it so much easier for me to keep track of my workflow.

Cons

Well I am pretty new to it, so I haven't come across anything negative yet.

Great for time and team management

Pros

Planning workflows with my teammates is super simple now thanks to Mosaic.

Cons

I feel like there could definitely be more flexibility and functionality in the Workload section.

Even though it has issues, it gets the job done

Pros

I really like the use cases for Mosaic. It gives me a clear view of my teams workload, helps us log hours efficiently and manages resources really well. Overall it is a great tool, especially for remote teams like ours.

Cons

Once in a while, bugs pop up and mess things up, which adds extra work for me. On top of that, the tool occasionally goes down for a whole day, which is quite frustrating.

Not faultless, but getting better

Pros

Mosaic is a well-rounded platform that ties together timesheets, accounting, project management and detailed reports. Also it is easy to use and our account rep is always upfront, quick to respond and very helpful. Also we can tell they're constantly improving the system, which is awesome.

Cons

The development team tends to take their time addressing feature requests, and they often promise updates that take forever to show up. Honeslty there are definitely some gaps in the platform as it doesn't meet all our needs and hasn't replaced all our spreadsheets as their marketing claimed it would.

Keeps us organized

Pros

With Mosaic, it is pretty easy to find a specific project schedule and assign team members to a project. Also the program does a great job of keeping all of our data organized.

Cons

If a team member is not assigned to a project, they can't see that project or any other projects they're not assigned to. This makes it really hard for our project managers to schedule things because they do not know the deadlines for other projects. Another downside I have noticed is that it takes forever to get any suggested improvements added to the program.

User-friendly software

Pros

Mosaic's setup is super simple, and navigating through it is really smooth. Also their customer success team is quick to respond and open to any feedback we share.

Cons

Fixing issues takes way too long, which annoys me. And this seems to be a recurring problem, and any changes or updates always feel like they are moving at a snails pace.

Reliable but expensive

Pros

I love how it lets us track, manage, edit, and view larger projects all in one spot. In short it is a total time saver.

Cons

Well it works fine, but I must say it is definitely not the most budget-friendly choice out there.

A stand-out option for PM

Pros

What I enjoy most about Mosaic is how great it is for managing work. It allows us to set up work plans, create time schedules and more. In short it is a great tool for getting things done.

Cons

I really like it however it is a bit pricey, but honestly, it's worth the cost. You won't regret spending the money.

Exceptional for planning tasks

Well I think Mosaic is really well-structured. Plus, it helped me a lot in creating top-notch plans and staying on top of everything.

Cons

It is a powerful software and I haven't noticed any major downsides so far.
