The thing I like the most is that customizing the interface to fit our needs was so easy.

Pros

NetSuite is a great tool for keeping financial reports secure. Also it has customizable reports, which is the best thing about it. I would say it is perfect for small businesses looking to scale. The dashboard is really user-friendly and consolidating financials becomes easy with it. It has so many features that we don't even need to use other software.

Cons

I have used this software many times and honestly I don't have any complaints about it.

NetSuite is really easy to navigate and also it helps us look up customers, manage documentation, handle invoices and more.

We faced issues very rarely but sometimes there are issues with customer information getting lost.

Transforming business management in real time

Pros

There are many great features in NetSuite but my favorite has to be Real-Time Data Access. Everything updates instantly, so generating reports like profit and loss, balance sheets or cash flow statements is quick and easy. Also budgeting and forecasting are way more easy with its analytics. It also helps with inventory management such as monitoring stock levels, reorder points and locations in real time. plus it automatically updates inventory when new orders are fulfilled, reducing errors. And on top of that, it lets us track customer interactions, purchase history, payment status and support.

Cons

It is a powerful tool but it does take some training to fully understand all its features and workflow, especially for non-technical users. also it is a bit expensive compared to other ERP software I have come across.

The leading cloud ERP solution

Pros

Well I love how NetSuite automates accounts payable. Also it cuts down on errors when paying vendors.

Cons

The biggest downside for me is that there is no freemium version of it.

Proven helpful to me

Pros

The customization options and integrations are great. plus regional support teams and account management are proven really helpful for me too.

One thing that bugs me is the limitations in saved searches when generating reports.

I would say the multi-subsidiary consolidation feature, reporting and saved searches make everything so much easier.

Not having an inventory aging report is frustrating since it is a basic feature that I feel like every ERP solution should have.

Beginner-friendly

Not only I find it very user-friendly but it is also easy for beginners to understand the modules.

It feels like an open software but I find the backend controls a bit difficult to manage.

Allow us to manage everything in one place

Pros

One of the best things is how it consolidates data across subsidiaries. Now we do not have to log in to different systems as it gives us everything in one place.

Cons

No major complaints so far. However, it was a bit tough for our team to transition to NetSuite due to its complexity, especially since we migrated from Sage 50.
