Makes work easier

Pros

It is great that I can use both the app and the desktop version. Plus the Tasks, Discussions and Files buttons make everything easy to access and manage.

Cons

There have been times when I find it difficult to send an image.

One of my favorite things about Nifty software is that it brings together task management, time tracking and team communication all in one place. Makes life a lot easier.

Cons

The customization options are pretty basic, so if our team has complex workflows or specific needs, it feels a bit limiting.

I find Nifty really easy to use, everything runs smoothly and honestly, it's just fun to work with.

Sometimes, it takes a while to find certain items, and it frustrates me to wait for them to show up.

Kanban features are superb

Pros

I absolutely love the kanban-style boards. They make organizing my projects so simple. Plus, I can invite unlimited members without any extra costs which is awesome.

Cons

I really don't like that on mobile, I cannot drag the cards to the next board like I can on the desktop version.

Working together has never been simpler

Pros

It is great that I can track tasks and customize workflows to match how my team works. It keeps everything in sync.

Cons

One downside I noticed is the limited reporting features. It makes it harder to analyze data and get the full picture.

Affordable and efficient

Nifty is a highly flexible tool, and I love how easily it can be adapted to meet the specific needs of any business.

I'm not a fan of one thing and that is paying per member, even though the pricing is fair and pretty affordable.

Good, but not the best

It worked well for me, and I really liked the general layout. And the client access feature is also useful.

Cons

A few of my team members had trouble accessing it, even though they were added to the team properly.

Ensures smooth follow-ups with timely updates

Pros

It has everything I need to stay organized and keep my workflow running smoothly. I really enjoy building lists and collecting data. Plus the dashboard is awesome for keeping me on top of things and it helps me respond quickly to any requests. I especially love how the automated dashboards show live updates on progress, giving me a clear view of where things stand at any moment. In short it is a huge time-saver, cutting down on the need to switch between different apps, so I can get more done in one place.

Cons

Even though it is easy to use, but I would love to have more freedom to customize reports or templates so they fit our needs perfectly.

I think it would be awesome if it added more templates for reporting and project goals. That way, different users could find what they need more easily and avoid missing any key goals.
