Avoid it at any cost...

Pros

It is a one platform that does it all. Imagine how much time you would save tracking everything from quoting to sales, manufacturing and shipping if this is the truth.

Cons

Having one platform for everything sounds great but in reality, it just does not deliver what we need. The accounting module is a total nightmare as it is way too complicated to keep things on track. And the worst part is that Odoo Support is the worst I have ever dealt with.

Disappointing service

Pros

Just filling up space to say� nothing at all that I like about it.

Cons

It is awful. That's the only thing I would like to say about it.

Helps me save money

Pros

Odoo is my go to for managing, planning and tracking projects automatically. And since it is completely open-source, it also helps me cut down on expenses.

Cons

I don't use it every day but whenever I do it meets all my needs just fine.

Loving it so far

Pros

The customization options in Odoo are awesome. Also there is a lot of flexibility to make it fit different needs of ours.

Cons

Well the free plan lets you use one app, which is nice but if you want more, you have to upgrade to the full all apps plan. It would be much better if they offered pricing per additional app or had a flexible subscription that let us pay for only a few apps instead of all of them.

Good until tasks get complex

Pros

Having all systems in one platform is proven highly beneficial. Plus switching between modules is seamless and makes my job so much easier.

Cons

I find the features pretty limited and if you want something extra, you have to pay someone to develop it for you. Feels like there is always an extra cost for everything.

A steady yet slow performer

Pros

It is simple and easy for everyone to use, from our younger employees to those who aren't too tech-savvy.

Cons

Their customer service takes way too long to respond, even though we are paying customers who are actually paying for their time.

Unfair pricing and billing issues

The accounting module is good but only when it works.

I have come to a conclusion that it is the kind of company that would rather ghost you and cut off your service than fix their own billing mistake.

Could be great but support is awful

It was very easy to use while I had access but that does not matter much now since I lost my entire database and cannot recover it anyway.

Well I spent hours working on the perfect website but when my free trial ended I lost access to my entire database. Tried subscribing to get my website back but instead it created a brand-new URL and forced me to start from scratch. Opened a support ticket, sent emails to Odoo even replied to the email that literally tells you to respond if you want to discuss options. And after all that? No response at all. The worst thing about it is their customer support. It is an absolute disaster.

Perfect ERP Solution!

Pros

I really appreciate the customizability Odoo offers, allowing me to adjust things the way I want. Plus, the system provides such a broad range of applications, which makes it versatile for nearly any task.

Cons

Nothing negative, I really appreciate how it supports multiple languages and currencies. It makes it easier to use in different regions and that's been a huge advantage for me.

Best for freelancers & SMEs

The way all the apps interact smoothly within just one platform is incredible. It truly feels like everything is interconnected in the best way possible.

Cons

I've found that sometimes the logic in Odoo is hard to follow. For example, when I paid for my subscription, I couldn't remove some options on my own to match the type of subscription I selected. I had to link my subscription to my database which could've been simplified.
