A simple but powerful tool for managing timelines

Pros

OmniPlan is a great tool for planning out a project timeline before getting started. The bubble view makes it very easy for us to set milestones and tasks, and we can also manage project details like resources and costs. The task assignment page is a lifesaver too as it automatically creates a timeline for each task, which saves so much time. Plus, the Monte Carlo simulation feature helps with accurate estimations, which I find pretty cool.

Cons

Figuring out all the features was not as easy as we expected. Also it would be really helpful if they have an onboarding process or some kind of intro to walk new users through everything. As that would make getting started a lot smoother.
