All in one system

Pros

It does the whole system for us from quote to invoice and all the crew organisation in between.

Cons

The scheduler could still use some improvements but the system gets regular updates so I'm hopeful it'll get better over time.

Perfect software

Pros

It's made managing the crew's day to day tasks so much easier and more organized for us. We can track assignments, communicate more effectively and stay on top of everything without the usual problem which has significantly increased our efficiency.

Cons

Honestly there's nothing bad to say about the platform. It's great overall and I'm happy with how it works for us.

User-friendly and fast

Pros

super user-friendly, fast and I can access it wherever I need to. Whether I'm at the office or on the go everything is right at my fingertips, making it incredibly convenient and easy to stay productive.

Cons

I have to spend my time on it and my time is valuable. It can be a bit frustrating when I feel like I'm not getting enough out of the time spent.

Reliable support

Pros

I don't run into bugs and the customer support is always available. The software is easy to learn too.

Cons

Visually it's not the most attractive. There are issues with adding colors and images in the CMS. Our SMS box often freezes which can be annoying

Great for tasks and orders

Pros

What I love most is how easy it is for me to add tasks, orders and issue invoices, everything is right at my fingertips. It saves me time and effort allowing me to stay organized and on top of everything without any difficulty.

Cons

In the tree builder I can't add a group factor. It only lets me add single positions by clicking which feels a bit limiting.

Exceeded my expectations

Pros

I love that I no longer have to rely on Excel for staff scheduling. It's such a relief as the process is now much more simple and efficient saving me time and reducing the chances of errors.

Cons

The invoicing feature could definitely be better but it's not the worst. It gets the job done though there's room for improvement.

Everything in one place

Pros

It's easy to use but also really powerful. Everything I need is all in one place and it's all integrated together.

Cons

I can't really think of anything major. Most of the issues I had were in the old version but those were fixed with the upgrade.

Perfect for crewing companies

It does everything we need to run a crew company and it automates everything in such a thorough and complete way.

Cons

The user interface and experience could be a bit simpler and more simple. It's not bad but it could be easier to use.

Ideal for event crewing and planning

The ease of use, the setup process and the user interface are all fantastic for me. Everything just works so smoothly making it a breeze to get started and stay productive without any difficulty or confusion.

Not applicable. It's a great tool for planning events with the crew and it does exactly what we need it to do.

Easy to use

Pros

It's easy to use and super comfortable for me to use. I can access it easily from my mobile device which is a huge plus as it lets me stay on top of things no matter where I am.
