So glad this one isn't complicated
Pros
I tried a bunch of times to get going with ClickUp but honestly, it feels like you need a college degree just to figure it out. Ora, on the other hand is very simple to set up and use. I was up and running in minutes, not hours like with ClickUp.
Cons
There's honestly nothing I don't like about Ora. It handles everything I need for myself, my team and my clients. It just works.

User friendly interface
Pros
I really like how clean and easy Ora's interface is. It's simple to read, tools are easy to find and I especially like the way you can score tasks with effort points and organize them with labels.
Cons
Sometimes I lose track of where my tasks go when I archive or backlog them. Starting a new sprint gets tricky because I'm not always sure where those unfinished tasks ended up.

Covers pretty much all my project needs
Pros
This tool is seriously powerful. It's got pretty much everything I need to manage my company, projects and clients. I say "almost" because I still use other apps for stuff like invoicing but It wasn't built for that anyway. It's really easy to collaborate with my team on here. I love that it has conferencing built in (so I don't need Zoom) plus calendars deadlines, project tracking and the ability to attach stuff to tasks. It's perfect for big projects or anything with tons of little details, it really helps me keep everything on track.
Cons
When a task or card has a lot of info and comments, things start to lag. Also the small sub-tasks inside bigger tasks don't show up in the calendar which causes some issues for us.

Good idea just needs some cleanup
Pros
It has a really clean and simple look that I find refreshing. It's kind of cool how it stands out from other tools just by being easier to use.
Cons
I've run into quite a few bugs using Ora and that's definitely frustrating. The UX could also use some love, there are times I click something and it doesn't do what I expect. I've got a bunch of examples if anyone wants them. Despite that I still really like the product and hope it keeps improving.

Great combo for managing projects & time
Pros
It's easy to use. I just start a kanban project, add some tasks and I'm good to go. You can also pull reports by user, team or project and apply all kinds of filters. It's been great for keeping our projects organized.
Cons
Workflow templates aren't very flexible. You can create one and reuse it but if you need to change something, you have to make a whole new one. It'd be great if we could just update the existing one.

Smooth integration
Pros
Ora works great with tools I already use like Slack, Google Drive, Dropbox and more. That makes it really easy to fit right into how I already get work done.
Cons
Some of the more advanced features and customization options are locked behind the paid plans. The free version works but it definitely feels limited.

I'm happy using it
Pros
Managing tasks in Ora is efficient and organized. It really helps me stay on top of things with its task-based structure and governance.
Cons
Managing archived tasks can be kind of a pain. It's not easy to track or manage what's already been filed away.

Ora took over from ClickUp for me
Pros
It is just quicker, simpler and more affordable than ClickUp for me. No unnecessary fluff just straight to the point.
Cons
Some features like Chat, Scheduling, and fixing Time entries still feel rough around the edges. They're there but not polished yet.

Our go-to for managing tasks and procedures
Pros
I love how easy it is to move tasks between columns and I can even set up what happens when I check something off. The customization makes it feel really personal to how I like to work.
Cons
When one of the columns gets packed with tasks, scrolling across the screen becomes really annoying. We eventually figured out how to organize things better with subsections and that helped a lot.

Great tool for working together
Pros
The layout is very simple and easy to move around the app whether I'm chatting with the team, creating tasks, assigning stuff, tracking time or managing the schedule. It honestly feels like a bunch of different tools, Zoom, Trello, Slack, Monday, Bandcamp, all rolled into one app.
Cons
There was talk about adding invoicing features but we haven't seen it happen yet. Still waiting on that one.
