Doesn't meet its potential due to being overly complex and outdated

Pros

Plenty of options with the features making me able to manage projects, tasks, and deadlines effectively.

Cons

Lots of bugs in the software. Filters don't work very often and sorting by date never seems to work. Trying to get something as simple as a list of pending tasks takes so many clicks and refreshes. The interface is not the simplest to use and the system crashes often. Sometimes feels almost impossible to use with all these issues.

Makes project management so convenient!

Pros

Orangescrum gives a full set of tools to create, assign, and manage tasks easily. Provides suitable channels of communication by making it simple for team leads to share files, get real time updates, leave comments and receive notifications. The tool also lets you customize workflows, set project milestones and control permissions. A very useful tool to have if you value effective communication.

Cons

It can be a little tricky to use at first, especially if you're new to project management software. On the plus side, the interface can be customized and it offers enough flexibility for users to adjust it according to their liking.

Well organized task management

Pros

Didn't use it much detail but I could notice the task management part was clearly organized and easy to use.

Cons

Nothing yet. Havent used it enough to get to know any downsides.

A well-rounded project management tool

Pros

Our team has used Orangescrum for couple of years now and we can easily say its one of the most helpful tools for managing projects and tasks. We always start our stand up calls with it to check project status, add details or plan tasks. End of day updates are automatically captured based on what team members update. The tool helps with effort planning, resource allocation and tracking progress which makes managing multiple projects a lot easier.

Cons

Its a well designed product but I feel there's room for more innovation. It would be great to have a skill central for team members.

Excellent Customer Care

Pros

They have got an amazing support team who always listen to my queries and help me. They even added an emoji feature to the comment section which I asked for last month. This just goes to show how seriously they take feedback. They always get back to me to let me know they've acknowledged my issue even if they can't solve it immediately. You dont even need to contact them for the followup they will keep you updated. We have plenty of room to upload our files as the storage is huge. Absolutely love it!

Cons

There are occasional bugs in file upload feature. It even deletes my comments if I attach a file. The mobile app version isn't as convenient as the browser version. For instance I can't pick who to notify in the comment section and tasks can only be viewed in a list, not in Kanban style.

Perfect features for collaboration

Pros

It's a great app with a lot of features and a menu that makes collaboration easier.

Cons

I think it can be a bit too costly for new businesses.
