Pros
What I love most about It is how easy it is to use. As a company we've been able to tailor it to fit perfectly into our workflow and that's made all the difference.
Cons
One thing that's missing for me is the ability to print the Gantt calendar. It would be really useful to have that feature.

Best tool with plenty of potential
Pros
It is a simple software with so many opportunities. The core of the product is really well thought out and it offers great personalization options to make it work for my needs. Any minor changes I ask for are implemented very quickly and bug fixes happen in no time. Orbit's team is amazing and they're always willing to make updates and improve the software, making it even better.
Cons
Sometimes, the updates feel like they aren't fully thought through. The quality control and bug fixes before updates could definitely be improved. That said the support team is always quick to respond and fix any issues almost instantly which is a huge plus.

User-friendly for organizing references and CVs
Pros
Using this software has made managing our CVs and references so easy. The best part is the data integration , updating info is simple and now we can be sure that all the details on both the CV and the reference are exactly the same. The interface is user-friendly, support is fast and friendly and I can customize the output which is a huge plus.
Cons
It would be great if It had online tutorials. Often, I don't have time to attend Orbit events but a quick 5-10 minute tutorial explaining a feature would be helpful when I need it.

Amazing customer service
Pros
The support from Orbit's team is top-notch. They really go the extra mile to make sure my experience is as smooth as possible. I'm always impressed by their commitment to helping out.
Cons
I'd love to see improvements in the competence section especially with the ability to export lists in different ways. It would make things much more flexible.
