Perfect for the field
Pros
I love that I can access all the project plans, specs and other files no matter where I am in the field. The sync feature is a lifesaver when there's no service or bad Wi-Fi. It was a game changer for me. I use Autodesk Construction Cloud daily for the daily report form feature and all the foremen love it too. It's easy to use and everyone can access the same information. The markup feature is also super helpful for showing changes that happen in the field. It really bridges the gap between the field and office.
Cons
The desktop version was a bit slow which was frustrating. But I was able to contact customer support and they helped me resolve the issue quickly.

Improves team communication
Pros
It's improved communication across all our departments. We all get notified when the design department sends a plan and then each department (like purchasing, construction and budgeting) can get to work right away. It's also made our communication with clients smoother making the authorization of submittals, RFIs and plans much faster. Setting up authorization periods according to the contract is really easy and being able to generate reports from this info helps us stay on track. We haven't had any issues with clients or subcontractors who hadn't used the tool before, everyone can use it because the interface is really user friendly.
Cons
I haven't had any issues using it. Everything's worked fine for me so far and I'm happy with the platform's performance.

Strong project management platform
Pros
Autodesk Construction Cloud really stands out for me because it integrates so smoothly with other Autodesk tools. It makes managing documents, models, and teams much easier across all phases of a project. I love how I can access real-time information, collaborate on BIM models, and control revisions all in one place, it speeds up decision-making and helps reduce mistakes. Its compatibility with Revit, Navisworks, and other Autodesk products is a major advantage for our BIM workflows.
Cons
The biggest downside for me is the high licensing cost and the complexity of the initial setup, it often requires technical support to get everything running smoothly. I've also noticed the platform struggles with slower internet connections, which can be frustrating for remote work in certain regions. Plus, if your team isn't already familiar with Autodesk products, the learning curve can be pretty steep.

Simple, efficient, flexible
Pros
It's a one-stop shop for everything we need on a project. It covers most of what we need for project management like drawing and document management, issue tracking and RFI management, email and variation, correspondences to meeting minutes and transmittals. What I really like about Autodesk compared to other tools is its flexibility and interface. It's not as simple as a social media platform but it's not as complicated as other similar products. We used sheets, issues, RFIs, emails, variations, meeting minutes and transmittals. We didn't use the schedules and forms much since we had other systems in place. What I like most is the project email address, I can just send an email from Outlook or Gmail to upload files directly to Autodesk keeping everything in one place even from external parties without access to Autodesk.
Cons
It doesn't have very good apps for tablets or phones. The experience on mobile is just not efficient and it's a bit frustrating trying to work on the go.
