Great for back-office operations
Pros
Before we started using Planning Pod, everything was done manually for us like contracts were signed by hand then scanned and emailed back and forth and payment reminders and invoices were a real inconvenience. Since switching to Planning Pod everything has become much easier for us and our clients. It's way more efficient and organized now.
Cons
I'd love to see a few upgrades to the floorplan tool. It's good but it could be a bit more polished for a smoother experience.

A real game changer
Pros
I really like the automatic payment and communication features. Plus, the integration with calendars has been a huge help for us. Managing leads has become so much easier for us.
Cons
Searching within the system could definitely use some improvement. Sometimes it feels like I'm not getting the results I need quickly enough.

Best project management
Pros
It brought everything together for us. Now I can manage multiple events at once and keep track of all the communication from start to finish. It replaced all the other tools we used before and I don't think we'll ever go back.
Cons
The only issue I've run into is with the credit card processing. When our initial payment processor stopped being available, we lost the ability to add the credit card fee to the invoice directly. We used to just check a box and it made life so much easier especially since we're a non-profit.

All in one tool
Pros
Managing multiple events has become simple for us. I can send emails, take notes for clients, create timelines and share everything with my team, all with just a few clicks.
Cons
It'll be great if they created a mobile app or at least improved the mobile website to make it more user-friendly. Also it's a bit on the pricier side when compared to other options.
