Great tool for finances

Pros

I find this software is well-organized and the little icons help you easily find what you're looking for. It gives us detailed insights into our finances helping us understand where our money goes and where we can save. I've used other tools and this one blows them all away.

Cons

The Plexxis team customizes the program for us and we just input the data. No complaints here.

Easy time entry but tough to navigate

Pros

I love being able to enter daily hours through the app though it would be even better if it were easier to navigate.

Cons

I don't find it the easiest to navigate.

Great efficiency but updates disrupt workflow

Pros

The best features I noticed are how easily you can access information throughout the program and how user friendly it is. Learning to use all the features can be a bit overwhelming but once you realize how much the data helps with accuracy and efficiency, it makes a big difference.

Cons

Constant software changes are necessary but they can be frustrating because they sometimes mess with familiar features. Some closely integrated features can cause issues when there's an update.

Helpful shared database

Pros

I really appreciate the shared database across all the products.

Cons

The way the tabs are set up is inconsistent and there are little details that need cleaning up.

Simple for foreman

Pros

As a foreman inputting time was simple and easy for me.

Cons

Database updates out in the field take way too long.

User-friendly but glitches need fixing

What I like most about this software is how user-friendly it is. It's super easy to learn and it makes entering employee hours a simple task.

Cons

The software has a lot of glitches and fixing them would really make a big difference. I also don't like that it has to be synced manually at times to make sure employee time gets to payroll.

Powerful and customizable

Pros

Having a mobile solution that's fully integrated with your desktop ERP setup is a game changer. All project and employee info stay in sync since they share the same database so you never have to update them separately.

Cons

Sometimes, it feels like using a multifunctional tool when all you really need is something simpler. It takes some time and effort to set it up right for our company. There are so many ways to configure it which can be a bit much but it's powerful and customizable.
