Excellent for resource management
Pros
I find it to be an excellent product suite for small to mid tier organizations. It's easy for me to implement and configure. The stage gates feature is powerful and I find PM3 simple to use. The Resource Management module works well for my needs.
Cons
I found that some of the standard reports are a bit out dated but the best outcome provided workarounds. Setting up custom reports isn't always easy. The Help/Search features could use some improvement.

Easy reporting and management
Pros
I have access to a wide range of reporting options and styles, and creating portfolios is easy for me. The integrated action log pulls in actions from the benefits and risks logs and being cloud-based makes it easy to access. License management is also simple.
Cons
I think the training features and content could be improved. The design could be a bit sleeker. For me, planning and scheduling are a little tricky and hard to navigate. The admin terms and functions are difficult to understand and the system isn't as smooth as I expected.

Great for time savings
Pros
We're in the early stages of launching PM3 across the department. So far PM3 has been highly configurable, easy, and user friendly. End users have full support with training modules, internal admins and BestOutcome are always available for help. Both users and senior management have noticed significant time savings compared to traditional clerical methods. It is very receptive and constructive when discussing best practices, organizational structure and transformation initiatives. PM3 is expected to be a game changer for our department.
Cons
It would be great if I had the option to create custom reports.
