This app is essential for centralizing case management and automating tasks making everything much more efficient to us.
Cons
On the positive side it does a great job increasing client communication and offers a secure portal which I appreciate.

Smooth invoicing
Pros
I really like the invoicing integration with WiseTime and the e-signing of documents is very convenient too.
Cons
Time-tracking isn't included in Clio, so you have to use separate software for that which can be a bit of an inconvenience.

Good experience
Pros
Practice Panther is really easy to use and understand. The billing and invoicing features are great and the best part is that clients can pay directly from the invoices which saves me time tracking payments.
Cons
Honestly I haven't had any real downsides with Practice Panther. Everything works pretty well for me.

Easy to Use, Hard to Leave
Pros
The user interface is simple and I was able to get started right from day one without any hassle.
Cons
Canceling the service is a nightmare. There's no online option so you have to submit a request through your account profile and wait for a call. If you miss the call you have to return it but they never pick up. It's basically phone tag trying to cancel a cheap monthly subscription. It would be so much easier if they just had a "cancel my account" option right there in the profile.

User-friendly but slow support
Pros
It's easy to use and simple. It has everything I need to get the job done.
Cons
Customer service is mostly through email and it's hard to get someone on the phone. It's frustrating when you need immediate help.
