Decent Software, But Tech Support is a Deal-Breaker

The overall features are solid, especially with WC integration. Price-wise, it's not bad for the range of tools they offer.

Effective Software for Projects Planning and Management

It's definitely helped reduce my time and effort. Features like project planning, task management, status tracking and time & expense tracking are all incredibly useful and effective.

Cons

At this point, I've used it to manage several project plans and, honestly, I haven't encountered any real issues yet. It's been running pretty smooth for me.

A tool that really helps the users track their time

Pros

The time tracking feature is simple, user-friendly and exactly what I need. I get notifications to fill in hours and my time off is automatically imported from other tools integrated with Primetric.

Cons

The starting time for my daily work is automatically set to the time I log my hours but I always have to change it manually at the end of the day. It's a small thing but still a bit of an inconvenience.

Pros

It's a time saving tool that's easy to use for project planning. It offers me a lot of helpful features for managing task progress.

Cons

I think it's a bit difficult for new users but once it's set up, it becomes easier to understand.
