Pros
It actually keeps me on top of my tasks by sending reminders when something is due or overdue. Managing nearly 200 properties means things can sometimes slip through the cracks but this tool holds me accountable and ensures I don't forget important items.

I love that I don't have to stress about missing steps when onboarding a client, I just follow the checklist! It's even helped me spot a couple of missed sales opportunities.

Honestly my only worry is that if they ever stopped being as awesome as they are, I would be completely lost!
