Highly practical!

Pros

It helps us keep track of daily tasks. Also it is quite useful in managing project resources and planning holidays.

Cons

One major issue that I have noticed is that daily tasks cannot be copied individually. To do it, I have to duplicate the entire day which is frustrating. I feel like it would be more beneficial to add recurring tasks like Admin Work, Slack and Email checks separately instead of duplicating everything.

Pros

Productive is a project management tool that improved agency productivity, streamlines workflows and keeps everything integrated across different teams. Plus the time tracking, financial management and reporting features it offers are the best. And I found their support team absolutely amazing.

Cons

For now, there is no way to report on Net Revenue. However Productive keeps adding new features, so I am very much confident that this will get fixed soon.

Pros

It is a complete end to end solution. Also, it was easy for us to figure out the basics as we are able to understand within a few tries. In short within a few months, everything felt more than familiar.

Cons

The line marking the current day does not update automatically as we have to manually refresh it every time, which is not convenient..

Can't imagine staying productive without Productive

Pros

Features like time tracking, time logs, scheduling and planning are important for an IT development agency like ours, and the good thing is that Productive has all.

Cons

Project planning, analytics, the sales board and third-party integrations works ok, but could be better or you can say needs improvements. But I must say that those are minor issues compared to the overall value Productive provides.

Lives up to its name

Pros

Everything connects very well and makes sense from budgets to resourcing and other features. Overall it is one of the best platforms I've used.

Cons

More customization options in the resourcing view would be amazing. For example, for now the left panel sorts resources alphabetically, but it would be helpful to reorder them manually.
