If you are used to traditional project or task management software, Project.co, you might feel a bit difficulty figuring out how to use it at first. But once you understand why the team designed it the way they did, it all makes sense to you. My suggestion would be to tackle that initial "this is hard to get started" feeling by adding more video guides to show how things are done. It would make getting started so much smoother.

It is simply the best when we are working with external people. Plus the notes feature for collaborative editing is quite helpful and being able to create sections with restricted access is a huge plus too.

I found the subtasks feature not highly intuitive. It needs improvements.

I love the flexibility Project.co gives us. We can manage all kinds of projects from marketing to client services all on one platform. Also it is the best for both internal and external priorities.

Setting up some configurations, especially in bulk is not as easy as we expected. That said, I feel like they will probably improve this soon. But honestly, the flexibility the platform already offers kind of makes up for it, so it's not a dealbreaker for me.
